Established in 1995.

Began as the law offices of David B. Epstein located at 410 myrtle Myrtle Avenue for 15 years, became Epstein & Conroy and 2007, and is now located at 335 Adams Street suite 2703, in Downtown Brooklyn, New york above the Brooklyn Bridge Marriott. We have handled thousands of criminal cases from the investigatory stage and up until trial in the local criminal, Supreme as well as Federal courts. ‘We gave a proven track record of good results which is a result of the hard work and devotion we give each case and each client.

Business Owner

David B. Epstein graduated with honors from Michigan State university, then continued to complete his legal education at George Washington University. he was a public defender for five years and has now been handling criminal defense cases on a retained basis since 1995. Gary R. Conroy attended Harvard University and Rutgers law School, he has practiced for over 20 years in the Criminal and Family Courts of New York, and teamed up with Mr. Epstein to form Epstein & Conroy in 2007. Together Epstein & Conroy has over 45 years combined experience in providing excellent legal representation in all phases of a criminal case!
