Elefant iRepair was founded and still operates based upon 2 core principles.

1) Offering the absolute best as far as quality repairs go.

2) Offering our clients the best customer service experience they have ever had.

Although those words might sound a bit cheesy and generic we here at Elefant iRepair have taken concrete steps to put those words into actions. Offering services such as Pick Up and Deliver (free of charge), same day repairs (most of which are completed within 1 – 3 hours pending on the job) and last but not least offering a LIFETIME warrant on all of our services. (If we cannot successfully repair your device after the first attempt any additional ones are free of charge.) Demonstrate our commitment to providing our customers with the absolute best service available.

All of our technicians have a minimum of 5 years working on repairs and our manager Joseph has been doing this for 15 years ! We have seen it all and can repair almost anything that comes thru our door!
