I use to work at this location. the owner there Felix Schwartz, had a habit of hiring illegal immigrants, 15 year olds and his wife Natasha and him had a thing for young people. They make alot of money, but treat the people work with them longer like crap. He tried to text fire me, then asks me to come sign papers, to make it legit. He does not follow Edible Arrangements fruit count chart on arrangements. He uses less to than the chart requires to save himself money. He also owns the location in downtown brooklyn, Sheepshead bay, and Old Mill Basin on E.52nd st.

I was very impressed with Joanne K, the store manager. I requested that someone send me a photo of the arrangement before it went out for delivery. Joanne personally sent me the photo and the arrangement looked beautiful. She and her terrific/compassionate delivery man really brightened my friends day when she received her gift. Thanks for going the extra mile!

WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICE!!! Called numerous times regarding a complaint and they never called me back. Fruit was not up to par. Oranges were moldy. Product looked nothing like photograph online. Ordered ballons with fruit arrangement and they did not send them and did not refund me for them even though I paid for them and never received. Go with Teleflora. I promise you will be happier!

I didn’t order anything from them but I received a gift that my cousin ordered from them. Their chocolate covered strawberries aren’t fresh fruits, they came all rotten and moldy. I am definitely disappointed because their pictures look amazing and I’m hoping they taste the same. *note: This comment is only based on the chocolate covered strawberries that I received as a gift. That’s all I can base this comment on for the two stars given. Sorry guys, just don’t order the chocolate covered strawberries.

Better then flowers thats for sure. Juicy and tasty always perfect for any occasion. Flowers get thrown in the trash. Fruit is appreciated and eaten. Always is delivered fresh and beautiful. Like art you can eat.

OK so for my 100th review I was going to wait… I was going to go somewhere special maybe the Per Se tasting menu or any of those places I have bookmarked on my list… but than I thought to myself… is 100 that big of a deal? Who am I kidding I am going to have 200 in a week or so anyway… and how many times can I convince someone to take me out to an expensive dinner because I am celebrating my Unilocal status… it may get old soon… but maybe not Edible Arrangements… you are a bit pricey… but if any guy ever brought you on a first date instead of flowers I would pass out… such beautiful bouquets of fruit delicately carved to resemble flowers… my favorite are the grape sticks… but think about it you bring this to your date, and it benefits the both of you… first of all flowers die so ehhh depressing and secondly you guys get to feed each other fruit and she calls mom up and tells them about the great guy that brought fruit over… already you earn points… The arrangements really make you look at fruits as well as vegetables differentely, you begin to winder if you could do some carving of your own. the answer is usually no everyone although you could carve a watermelon into a basket easily and make melon balls(if i can do it you can). The delivery is always on time… If you are ordering for the holidays, be sure to pre order a week in advance at least, they get very busy yet there will not be a line when you go pickup your order on whichever holiday it is… The fruit is always yummy and never black and mushy… The downside of this place is the price of it all… god why does money have to kill everything? Well you could always save the basket it comes in and all of the sticks used to hold the fruit and try to make one on your own one day, just like the NY Lotto… hey you never know…

I ordered from Edible Arrangements on 86 street after seeing this great idea at my office. It was my girlfriend’s birthday and I surprised her with dinner and then just in time a knock at the door. She answers it and gets a big bouquet of «flowers». Actually it was a few daisy flower shaped pineapples, melon balls as the center of the flower and other grapes, strawberries and oranges in flower shapes. Great(and delicious) idea for birthdays, anniversaries or just in general because the fruits they deliver are all so perfect and clean with great flavor. A tad pricey, but you are paying more for the presentation than the fruits.
