For a Dunkin Donuts place, which is located where this DD is located, it can get over crowded in a way that I will choose to drive to another DD than to wait more than 10 minutes just to get a coffee and a domed. It is not their fault, but it is also not our fault. If you can, drive to another location, if not, be prepared to wait in line. Now that I informed you about that: The times that I do buy my Coffee here the staff here are good and so is the coffee.

Always crowded and 50⁄50 with the orders being right… Light and sweet clearly means light and 1 sugar. There are fast, but at what cost… I understand that this location is is very small and very close to a lot of transportation let offs, but we can try 1% harder to get orders correct especially when people are heAded to work and don’t have time to check before they leave. Getting to the train and riding half to Manhattan isn’t the best time to figure out that there no sugar in my coffee or my veggie DD burrito actually has sausage in it…

I arrived at the Dunkin Donuts store number 306813(1575 Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn NY) at approximately 10:18pm as indicated on the receipt. The door was locked, but after checking the business hours posted on the door, Saturday hours of operation stated 5am to 11pm. Why was the door locked, 42 minutes before scheduled. After pulling on the door repeatedly, a worker comes to the walk-up window with a mouth full of donut stating, «WE’RECLOSED!!! We’re no longer 24 hours!» After pointing out to the young worker that their hours of operation doesn’t claim 24 hour service he opens the window to take my order. It is currently below 20 degrees Fahrenheit in NYC and I, a paying customer was subjected to standing in the bitter cold, ordering through a walk-up window. The cashier’s name indicated on the reciept is, Ismael B. He was working on register two. My eat in order number indicated on the receipt is 485. I am HIGHLYUPSETANDWILLNOTBEVISITINGTHISLOCATIONAGAIN. I will faithfully take my money elsewhere.

Good coffee, not a place to hang out. I wouldn’t suggest you eat the pastries. Just saying.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is always crowded Mondays-Thursdays since Brooklyn College and Midwood students are always here. It’s much more quieter and emptier from Fridays-Sundays! I really enjoy their munchkins in the cup($ 2), they taste fresh and delicious! Munchkins are a way for me to eat quickly and efficiently! I also tried their Reese’s Pieces Squares and Pumpkin Cheesecake Squares and I have to say that the Pumpkin Cheesecake Square is my favorite! They’re both $ 1.30 each and oh so yummy! And yes, the fillings are always the best part!

This place is always busy, full of homeless people sleeping in the back and just straight up ghetto. The service is hit or miss depending who’s at the counter. Sometimes they smile, sometimes grumpy, sometimes get your order wrong, other times they charge incorrectly. If you go, make sure you tell them exactly what you want and watch them while you make it cause some people just throw your food together just to get you out the way.

Terrible DD! Always packed and its a very small space. Last time I went there I ordered: Sausage and egg on a croissant NOCHEESE(I repeated it 3 times). Can you guess what happened? Yep, Cheese! I brought it back to the girl making it and told her I ordered no cheese. She said okay… she hands it back to me and says I TOOKITOFF. WHAT!!! I look at it and this girl literally scrapped it off the bread and sausage(lots of it was still there btw). That was the last straw I demanded my money back. I never went back after that.

Great place for a snack or a meal. It’s hard to find Kosher anything for under $ 5 today, but Dunkin does the trick.

The service here is good. Love the caramel ice lattes here but you need to tell them easy on the ice. If you like a lot if flavor just tell them to put a lot of the flavor syrup you like.
