Every Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to in my 38 years has always managed to screw up my order. Nothing more frustrating than that! Also, I could never understand a word the people that worked at the various ones I’ve been to were saying. This Dunkin’ Donuts just opened up a few months ago. The young staff all work well and seem like they really give a damn! My order has always been quick and correct! Everything is fresh. Sometimes there could be a long line in the morning but that’s to be expected and it usually goes quick. Very accessible location. Right at the entrance of the Marcy Avenue J, M and Z train and across the street from the bus depot. The place is clean and they are always on top of the cleanliness but I have to say that the stand where they have the straws, napkins, sugar, garbage hole, etc. can get cluttered and messy very quickly. I come here several times a week on my way to work and I love it a lot otherwise.
