This Dunkin’ Donuts claims to have free wi-fi but when ever I try to use my phone it has a poor wi fi connection, I have to turn my wi fi off. The tables are not clean and they usually get my order wrong. They are busy talking among themselves, so they are not paying attention to the customer… this goes on more often then not. It seems to only be in that D.D. Thank you. Lori G.

Did Dunkin Donuts as a whole corporation just decide that their employees aren’t competent enough to cut a god damn bagel?! Now I know that DD doesn’t exactly hire geniuses to work here but even I can cut a simple bagel(although being the major klutz I am 99.99% of the time my boyfriend does it because he worries for my safety). But, if DD has suddenly decided that they’re not going to cut bagels for us anymore could they at least make a PSA about it?

Extremely upset. The rudest place I have ever been to. I demand someone go in and review this place. I’m calling management to report the service. I showed the worker, sheikh I, what I wanted and the mobile device for the discount he rang me up for the wrong order then tells me it was my fault. That he can’t refund me and refused to compensate for it. Then further goes and tell me I’m cheap that I need to wake up and get a real job?! Excuse me? If this guy doesn’t get fired I’ll make sure to let everyone know how awful dunkin donut are.

Convenient location, open till very late. Usually get coffee throughout the day and in the morning sometimes. Always some seats are available, could be slightly cleaner. Friwndly, as far as they can be, personal.

First off this is a home for all rodents so if any rodents need a home, Dunkin Donuts on Kings Highway seems to be the place, however if it were to be just the rodents I would not have left a review but it was everything aside of that. The food, service, and quality of restaurant were all signs of a NOGO. So I ordered a #4 with a hot chocolate and a #8 with a large coffee, we placed this order just for the hash browns on the side which is advertised. After we receive the order I sat down at the table only to find out no hash browns were given. So I figured let me ask the man up front to make an order of hash browns. This man goes crazy on me saying I have to pay $ 0.86 for hash browns even after I explained to him I ordered the #4 and #8 which advertise hash browns. His excuse was«you have to ask for them» so I asked him why do you advertise hash browns it should be your responsibility to ask me since it is being advertised. The money wasn’t the issue $ 0.86 isn’t going to make my life better or worse, it’s the principle which really upset me.

It is kosher Dunkin Donuts. As always dirty tables. The plus is that it is the biggest dunkin that I have ever seen.(I think so) They have seats in the front and in the back of the store, but for every night they are closing the area in the back. Oh! And the night I am writing this review they have ran out of donuts. I know you will not believe me… I still can’t believe myself.

Let me start by saying I was going to this Dunkin Donuts for years and then all the sudden recently I don’t know why but I getting attitude from one of the manager is that is there at night time he might be there during the day too but I used to go in there 5 times a day and spend at least $ 10 on my espresso drink so recently for the last month or two I’ve been getting an attitude from the manager and the last couple of days I’ve been paying for 6 shots of espresso but not getting it the other day I got about maybe 3 and today I be lucky if I got 2 I know exactly what’s supposed to happen with the tranq I know exactly how it taste and I’ve even got it made there and then went down the block to the other Dunkin Donuts and had them make the same thing the same way and it was like night and day when you’re paying that much money for espresso shots at least you should get it right I don’t even want to tell you how many times they messed up my food order so maybe that’s why I’m getting treated like garbage now from this store is it my fault they messed up or is it the new workers anyway the manager gives me such an attitude I am NOT going to go in that store anymore and neither will any of my family members or coworkers and friends I’m pretty much going to boycott Dunkin Donuts on Kings Highway I’ve literally watched the guy he catches attitudes with almost all the customers that are in there and it’s pitiful I really should contact the owner to let him know exactly what’s going on business owner to business owner but you’re probably stick up for his co worker because they’re probably lie about something or make it like it was my fault I don’t know how it could be my fault when I’m spending at least $ 50 a day in that Dunkin Donuts I don’t have any problems and all the other Dunkin Donuts I go to in the area so I advise you there’s a Dunkin Donuts right around the corner by the train station and another one down the block on Kings Highway 2 instead of going to this one that’s across from Bank of America save yourself the trouble and the aggravation and don’t go there trust me, ps its funny how when you get six shots of espresso you actually tasty espresso and you can’t taste it in the last time two times I’ve got my drink

i use to eat there every so often when I’m waiting for the train or bus… Muffins…they have good and bad days… mostly bad… When I am hungry… I would get toasted everything bagel with cream cheese or a donut some times… I find them to be expensive at times… expically for the amount they give me and I found Starbucks anything tasting better and much more worth it then dunkin donuts … also found better muffins at a diner and bigger too!

This location is close the train station, so it gets SUPER packed in the morning. And, come to think of it, it’s usually busy. The staff is nice, but they tend to try to move faster than they should and mix up the orders sometimes. There’s usually a bunch of regulars that hang out at the tables in the back talking politics, but there’s plenty of tables for seating, so it’s not usually an issue. Most of the traffic comes in, buys and leaves. Overall, it’s a nice location.

Really rude people. The other day witnessed them treating an old lady really bad. The lady asked to open the restroom for her, they pretended they did not hear or saw her. Ridiculous!!!

RECENTLYREDONE, GORGEOUSBRANDNEWDUNKINDONUTS. They are usually really busy so I don’t go unless I’m in desperate need of coffee. The staff are so overwhelmed by abundance of orders, they make many mistakes. Average DD, but it happens to be new and beautiful.

Place is a typical dunkin donuts. However, it is dated and it shows. The service is OK, but they do screw up your coffee from time to time. They are usually very busy and the service suffers.

I try to usually stay away from franchise reviews/posts but i chose to bend my policy for this location. Simply put, their service stands out. The staff is courteous, friendly, and most importantly quick. The location is small and often times the ordering line can get quite long, however the quick service helps speed up the wait. The donuts are always fresh and the beverages are made just right!!! My favorite is the Hot Chocolate with a turbo shot of espresso!!! (originally posted for wrong location)
