Your normal dunkin donut interior. A small shop though. Came here around 7:45 because I decided I wanted to have some donuts. Upon walking in, we sat down at a table nearby the counter to put down our things, we can see the lady behind the counter eyeing us down with a nasty look. She asked us what we wanted and I told her that I needed a minute. I was still away from the counter near the table meaning we are not ready to order. She proceeded to raise her voice and ask us what we wanted another 2 – 3 times in the next minute. I was buying half a dozen donuts and after selecting and boxing everything, the lady told me the square was extra, I’m like that’s fine. But it rung up to 7. xx, almost 8 dollars for 6 donuts. 6 donuts only cost 5.99 and a square donut costs about 159. How do you want to charge me for the full 7 donuts and only give me 6? Also, if you are going to tell me that it’s extra after boxing my half dozen donuts, I’ll assume I’d only pay a difference to cover the square donut which is like .59 cents extra which would be 6. xx for half a dozen instead of 5.99x I told her that and she kept arguing with me like I’m stupid. Worst customer service ever. Very rude, lazy, slow, and incompetent employee. I don’t even care about anything else at this point but I will not even go through that door ever again if I see the same lady. I don’t know if it’s the Starbucks that we brought in that gave a bad impression or what not but that unpleasant stare down and bad service of hers is no thank you. That is not how you treat and greet customers. They need to understand the business motto where«the customer is always right».

TERRIBLETERRIBLESTAFF! VERYRUDESTAFFMEMBERS! i ASKFOR A HAMEGGANDCHEESE, ANDTHEYGAVEME A BACONEGG … I asked them nicely that I didnt ask for that, and I showed them my order #. But they insist and kept calling«bacon egg, who’s bacon egg?» and I said thats my order, look at the order number, but its the wrong food item. Still they kept calling for someone w/the bacon egg??? I was like wtf And they totally ignored me, and left the sandwich on the side thinking its still someone else’s sandwich. And when I finally got someone to listen to me, the rude Arabian staff still said it was my fault, when I asked for something I paid for. They are very discriminatory by who you are, they only smile and greet people they like. TERRIBLESTAFFANDTHEFOODWASTERRIBLE. Plus Everything was dirty and left out in the open. Never coming here again.

This is quite possibly the worst DD I’ve ever been to. It’s always dirty and I’ve seen bugs by the donuts on more than one occasion. The staff from what I can tell are made up of high school/college kids and they could care less about actually doing their job. They need a manager on staff who can watch over these kids, because they are ruining this DD. They are always just about of out of donuts during around mid-day. The tables are never wiped down. The garbage is always full… ect ect. Don’t go here. Go anywhere else! Avoid like the plague!

Simply put this place is high traffic and understaffed. You’ll wait too long for a mediocre cup of coffee blah

I haven’t been here for a while so I decided to stop by and buy some doughnuts. Bad decision. First off, the cashier was rude. As I was giving him change, he refused and he only accept bills. I was so shocked like wth. The worst part is that not long after I ate the doughnuts I had a bad case of diaherrha. America runs on dunkin… sure… I’m giving two stars instead of one only because I like this place before when they have better doughnuts and service.

Every time I come here, the employees seem to be doing or saying something they shouldn’t be. I live 4 blocks away, but I’m going to start walking to the one on 5th avenue now, because today when I ordered my coffee, they were joking around saying that they weren’t going to give me service and whatnot. And then when they were making my coffee, they were claiming that the«milk is soooooo old. Like it’s so so old. I mean I’ve been drinking it the past 3 days so I’ve developed like an immunity to it so it’s fine but damn.» I assumed they were just joking, but when I got home and opened my coffee up, there was milk floating around it. And I’m sure anybody who’s ever seen sour milk in coffee knows what I mean. I’m sort of surprised by their honesty, but the fact that they actually served me the milk was uncalled for.

I have walked out of this place 3 times this week… they r so ridiculously rude and just careless. I’d rather walk to the one on 68th. Great service and no frustration
