Due Fratelli

I don’t really get the hate on here for Due Fratelli! I definitely isn’t gourmet, but it’s pretty good pizza, particularly for a chain. The buffalo chicken pizza is one of my favorites, although the regular slices/​pies are good, too. The non-​pizza items, like garlic knots, mozzarella sticks, zeppolis, etc., are also yummy.
I’ve ordered delivery, gotten takeout, and eaten there. I’ve never been disappointed by my food or the service. The restaurant is clean, has ample seating, tables that work for eating alone or in a group, plus wine & beer.
No complaints here! Happy to have a reliable pizza place in the area.

Amazingly good pizza. The Genovese pizza and chicken with vodka sauce pizza are revelatory good.

I really wasn’t expecting much from this easy-​to-​miss hole in the wall place, but they make the best meatball sub I’ve ever had in my life! This is not an exaggeration, and I frequent the «real» Italian spots in Little Italy. I’m now a frequent customer!

The food is pretty good, specifically the pizza, and the employees are very friendly. Not really and eat-​in type place unless your are just having a quick and informal gathering (no table service) but it is very updated and clean inside. I think it’s a little pricey though– don’t let it deter you, it’s not that much more than neighboring pizza places and it is good pizza.

As a kid who grew up watching Nickelodeon and wanting the delicious looking pizza on those shows, I am the most happy customer I have ever been in this city. Not only do they actually do good delivery (total rarity these days) but they deliver the most delicious, true New York pizza I’ve ever had!

Never ordering from these a**holes again. Super late deliver. Food arrived cold. Not worth the delivery.

I love the stuffed shells and shrimp delicious and burgers are big. i ate here a few times and never was let down. Worth the money.

Delivery is crap. I ordered mac & cheese and received noodles with a slice of Kraft cheese on the top. Don’t know how to justify that in any way. Will add photo

I was torn between 2 and 3 stars bc the food is solidly mediocre (you know what to expect every time. The split pea soup is great, though!) but the customer service experience from the tues evening person drove it down. When I called to let them know the plastic soup cover was broken and the soup spilled all over, I was told they cut the top to ventilate. Makes sense. However in the past its come with a small slit and Saran Wrap covering the container so it doesn’t spill. Tonight? Whole lid was split and no Saran Wrap, hence the soup spilling all over. I never ask drivers to bring items back bc I was one so I know how annoying that is, but in this case I felt it was fair. When I called I was rudely told it’s weird that I would accept the order in the first place, knowing something was wrong. The person was way too quick to blame me, never once apologizing. Really, how was I supposed to know it spilled if the food all comes in a tied plastic bag? The man then literally said, «Well you accepted it and now you’re calling. Doesn’t that seem weird to you?»
Whoever works this night shift needs a lesson in customer service. Lesson number one: Don’t be an ass, especially from a repeat customer who has had messed up orders and missing items and never before called.
FYI If you’re ordering online know they never acknowledge comments, ex. Dressing on the side. I know that yet I still try, but at this point that’s my fault.

Horrible. I ordered a beef patty with cheese. The guy laughed and said «We don’t don’t do that here.» What type of pizza establishment especially in the «hood» doesn’t make a beef patty with cheese? I was staring at a patty, and I’m 1 000 000% sure they had cheese. I don’t understand.

Awful customer service. Workers aren’t very attentive. I waited 15 mins for a slice and when I went to check on it later the lady didn’t even put it in the oven! Never again

Only speaking from PIcKUP experience. Never gotten delivery cuz live so close.
I am living a block away from here for past year and a half and throughout times I have had good meals and some average ones but the main guy is very nice and they do have tv and beer on tap and have good hours and across the street does have better slices of u just want plain Chz but this place as an array of specialty slices and great pastas. I like the eggplant parm sandwich too. Some people talk trash but they’re nice to you and that comes first in my book and I like they’re pepperoni rolls too. So that’s what edged it over to four stars. And only place I can think of around here with good beers on tap for cheap where you can just drink and eat and be merry n watch the tv. I don’t drink but most do. Also once the main guy there let me turn in 20 bucks of change for bills. Took forever to count. And he was nice to do that for me when He could of said no.

Really good pizza. It’s fresh and tastes really good. Every time I come in or order delivery service is quick and consistent. I always end up coming back.

Amazing variety of Italian and American dishes combined with tasty pizzas… COMPLETELY AMAZING RESTAURANT!!!

I don’t even want to give this place any stars. I’ve called multiple times to check the status of my delivery, also the people who you talk to on the phone are extremely rude. I’ve been waiting for two hours for my food. Each time I call they say their driver will be here in five minutes. I’ve never been so disappointed in a business, if you can even call it that. I will never order from here ever again and I suggest everyone else to steer clear of this place.
Okay. So I am going to have to give this place two more stars, I ended up waiting almost 3 hours for my food. Apparently there was a glitch in system and a mistake happened and the food never went out. Robert was very apologetic and understanding and gave me a free dessert for all my troubles.

They tell you the delivery will take between 35 and 50 minutes. An hour and 45 minutes later, you will still be waiting.
In other words: they couldn’t give a shit about their customers.
Go somewhere that does.

First time, it took them an hour and a half to deliver the food.
Second time poisoned my roommate.
Do not eat here.

My wife stopped in to pick up a pie and the staff there were playing her with the cost of a pie. She had stopped in the previous week and ordered the same type and it was $ 2 less. When she confronted them about it, the guy at the front tried to be smug and let them know that if she wanted to tip them then she would as it is HER money and HER choice.
It had gone on for a few minutes then she decided to pay what she had paid before and left with the pie.
This location really sucks. Don’t come here as the pizza is mediocre and the people working here are abhorrently dishonest and unprofessional.
I’ve been to Due Fratelli in Jackson Heights and the experience there has been great.

Decent pizza, fast and attentive service. A variety of pizza but ny favorite is the eggplant mozzarella, fresh eggplant slice. Very good pizza.

Horrible! The issue was we ordered the Chili Cheddar burger… it was described as «topped with chili and cheddar cheese». So one would expect chili and NOT sweet Thai chili sauce! We called which was an awful experience as no one could understand us and they kept passing the phone around to different people. Once we figured out what the sauce was and explained maybe they should be a little more specific on the menus they simply did not care. What a waste of money. Could not eat it at all as we all thought it tasted disgusting. If I could give them negative stars I would!
