History

Established in 1968.

Started in 1968, the Nativo family started with small renovation projects, primarily concrete and masonry work. Through the years, their ability to perform construction services has grown into large public and private projects, including hospital renovations, commercial alterations, new construction residences. Over the years, over one hundred thousand square feet of construction was performed by the Nativo family.

Vincent S.

Business Owner

Vincent S. Nativo continues to maintain the Nativo family reputation as being a leader in the general construction industry, personally serving the needs of New York City since 1996.

Vincent received a Bachelors of Architecture Degree, with honors, from Pratt Institute (Brooklyn, NY) in 1996. In 2005, he obtained his architectural license and started VSN Architecture, PC, a design firm specializing in residential, hospitality and medical projects. He is registered to practice architecture in the states of New York and New Jersey. In 2008, Vincent became both, a Green Advantage Certified Contractor and a LEED Accredited Professional through the US Green Building Council.
