If I could give them zero or negative stars I would. They are absolutely the least competent and least qualified management company on the planet. They forget to pay the taxes, water bills, insurance, boiler inspections, raise the maintenance, process applications, you name it, it has been overlooked by Del Mar. For months! And forget about record keeping. You can ask them for files until you are blue in the face and they do not even blink. They just keep writing themselves their monthly«management fee» checks. And have the gall to write themselves more checks for additional«services» while they are not even doing the basic ones. Ironically, the CPA side(Del Valle) does seem responsive and capable, but for good reason they try to distance themselves from the management side.

Very reliable and responsible Real State Management agency. Whenever something is broken, I just call them and they make sure it is fixed. Everyone is very professional. I had always received outstanding services from the owner Ellis and his workers. He has really helped me solve big issues and problems with accounting and Real State. I love Ellis, he is like my right hand. I can always call him and count on him. He is like the know it all man.

Absolutely terrible in every way. This company does nothing well. They are totally unresponsive, inept, incompetent and irresponsible. About 18 months ago, I bought in to a co op managed by them. Since then, they have mismanaged our money, our court cases, our vendors, and of course, very basic building maintenance. If someone wanted to describe this business as a scam, I would have a hard time arguing the opposite. The owner runs a separate CPA business that he feeds with his management clients. They hire this one buffoon of a lawyer named Gerald Pigott to handle everything, including representing the management company AND your co op. There are conflicts of interest all over the place, and very little is done by the book. Ellis Del Valle, the guy who owns the company, is a nice enough person to talk to, but he either does not know how badly his employees do their job, or else he knows and doesn’t care. The agents they have working for them are a mixed bag. David Soltero is a smooth talker, but does a lot of shady things behind the scenes. Gladys Torres is assuredly more competent as a property manager than David is, but it’s a very low bar David sets. For obvious reasons, we are currently looking for new management. I strongly urge you to STAYAWAY from this company. Bad news.
