2 words-​the best!!! When you walk in you’re treated like royalty!!! The dark chocolate truffles are my favorite.

Came here on a Sunday after brunch in the area. The store is owned by a friendly chocolatier who is proud of his craft. While there, I sampled a white chocolate peanut butter cup and another piece of milk chocolate. I purchased gifts for my family: dark chocolate sea salt caramel (delicious — I tried); dark chocolate truffle; bourbon truffle; grand marnier truffle; hazelnut Bön Bön; dark chocolate ginger; dark chocolate cherry almond bar; and a dark chocolate cashew bark; my family enjoyed them! I would come back!

First time here. Service was very friendly and accommodating. The clerk gave a whole presentation on all the chocolates and even gave us free samples since it was our first time. Will derby back and recommend going here.

Googled chocolate and Bay Ridge and this cute store came up. The Unilocal reviews are right! The owners are wonderful and really do show their chocolate passion and are so kind and generous with the samples. Got lots of chocolate and can’t wait to try later! Hot chocolate was soooo good! Can’t wait to return!

We were the first ones to arrive when we entered the store, so they were just turning on the lights. Right away, after wrapping up some work, a worker offered us samples of the milk chocolate almond toffee, which was very delicious!
The chocolates are sold by pieces ($ 1.75−2 a piece) Tried the Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel and the Pumpkin Truffle. The pumpkin truffle was delicious, but the caramel was a bit too rich for my taste. I’d definitely to at least pop in — you’re supporting a small business.
They do accept cash and card.

The couple who owns are very hospitable and obvious d tisedicated to the craft.

Atmosphere: You’ll find this tiny store nestled next to an Italian ice shop and row house, and the search is totally worth it. Anthony, the shop owner, is clearly passionate about what he does. He puts an emphasis on customer satisfaction and takes the time to have real conversations with his patrons, an art that I find lacking in so many businesses. Walking in, you’re greeted by the pleasant aroma of chocolate, friendly welcomes, and free samples. It’s nice to see the employees making the confections.
The goodies: EVERYTHING is homemade. Anthony grinds fresh peanuts or cashews to make nut butter cups; actual fruit purée is used in fruit truffles; real alcohol is added to the adult truffles; even the marshmallows are made in house. The quality is amazing. Don’t forget to try the hot chocolate shot– rich chocolate topped with fresh whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and cinnamon give a complex flavor that will make your day!
Price: great prices! You can find a treat or gift at a variety of different price points ($ 2-​$ 10). Build a box of truffles or buy a prepackaged bag of sweets.

AMAZING! Everything here is great! I am a little disappointed that the past 5 times I have tried to go that the do not follow their hours. So I missed out on my sweets. But the chocolate here is so worth the trip from Staten Island.

I stumbled upon this amazing little shop on my way to a hair appointment. The friendly owner was kind and gracious and shared a sample of his amazing chocolate with me. I bought ten individual handcrafted chocolates and every one was amazing. The best dark chocolates I have had — I loved the espresso, sea salt and also the hazelnut. Please stop by and check it out — you wont be disappointed.

So this place is nothing short of awesome. I love truffles and I usually go to Teuscher Fifth Avenue, where each truffle runs from $ 4.50 and up. Here the truffles are half the price and twice as good. Walked in here because we needed to get some chocolates for a friend’s engagement and boy were we surprised. The product is superb and fairly priced. Was not brave enough to try the cayenne pepper truffle but the bourbon one and the dark chocolate one was fantastic. Aside from eh product, the service alone is worth the visit. The shop is a mom & pop operation and you can just feel the love and dedication that they put into their store. You come out feeling like you visited a friend’s living room rather than a chocolate shop.

So happy I found this place through Unilocal!I was looking for a dessert place in Bay Ridge that I haven’t tried yet and once I read they had chocolates truffles I had to check it out. Not only were the owners pleasant and super nice, their chocolates are to die for! They gave me a sample of the milk chocolate sea salt truffle and dark chocolate almond truffle, both were insanely delicious! Definitely a great gift idea for anyone who loves chocolate!

Refrained from pointing out (on my Square Register receipt) the $ 2 I was charged for truffles contrary to the $ 1.75 I was cited for bon bons per the sign.
Really nice guy (5), but mediocre product (3) (offered samples of toffee too). Pumpkin truffle and guinness truffle warned they were subtle but they were instead really nonexistent. The Voice has covered their sea salt caramels, so maybe I chose wrong.

Each had their own distinct look and flavor, you can really taste the care and quality of everything. What I appreciate was not only the great friendly people there but that all the chocolates and fillings are all made in the shop.
Bravo! Will definitely stop by every time I want a morsel.

Owned by the sweetest nicest husband and wife team, you’re always greeted with a smile and always treated to sinful samples of chocolate.
They serve the best hot chocolate I’ve ever come across. Little shots of thick sweet, salty, creamy, hot chocolate with a dab of fresh foam and sprinkled with cocoa. You first look at these things as small and perhaps wonder if you’re being ripped off, $ 2.50 for a shot? Well it’s at least a quarter cup size shot and I’m going to tell you that once you take your first sip, you realize it is more than worth the price. You need to sip it to truly enjoy its complexity. I personally stop by often, pick one up and go for a nice long walk.
The chocolates, and unique flavored truffles are all worth their weight in gold.
Stop on by, they’re perfect for the holidays or any day really.

I was off to Bay Ridge to Deliso Confections. I had never been to Bay Ridge, until now. And, I’m certainly glad I made the trip over there. The shop itself was petit, but had an array of items ranging from chocolates to truffles, peanut brittle, and popcorn. Not to mention, upon walking in, they were making the chocolate right then and there. Everything there is handmade, fresh, and given lots of detail.
I chose a few different chocolates and truffles to take with me, but made a point to get the Pumpkin Truffle to try first. Man alive. This truffle was amazing. The dark chocolate truffle is coated with crunchy, sweet and salty toffee bits, which adds a great element of texture, contrasting with the silky and creaminess of the truffle. You don’t get a huge presence from the pumpkin, but just a slight hint, which is nice since it offsets any bitterness of the dark chocolate.

Cayenne Chocolates– oh my. Samples of fudge double Oh My! Handmade confections in a cute as a button shop right in Bay Ridge.
Love this friendly little shop with yummy treats that are packed up in a box for later indulgence. Many varieties, but am partial to the cayenne with a little kick.
