As general manager of Crystal Glass & Mirror Corp. I direct various aspects of the business, from estimating and overseeing installations to quoting glass products and processing orders for private clients, as well as scheduling and working closely with glass technicians. I thoroughly enjoy working with our clients, whether homeowners, business owners, contractors, architects or designers. I strive to be the most knowledgeable professional in the glass industry that I can be and I look forward to forging long-​lasting relationships with clients.

Just had glass installed in two kitchen cabinet doors. They did it while I waited — took all of 10 minutes and the price was shockingly good. Nice people, great service, and from what I saw of the work floor it is clean, modern, and professional. A no-​brainer if you live in the neighborhood and need glass work done.

Could not be happier with my experience with Crystal Glass & Mirror! Our full length mirror that we inherited with our apartment simply slid off the door and shattered. After calling one other vendor, I contacted Crystal based on their Unilocal reviews. From moment one, it was a great experience. Jennifer, the receptionist, office manager, sales, etc was the most efficient and proficient customer service person I’ve ever dealt with. She was completely knowledgeable and, equally important, honest about what they could and couldn’t do — either product wise or time wise.
Larry came to install my new mirror and reinforce my other mirrors exactly when I was told. He is a consummate professional and completely lovely (and do ask him to show you his photography — serious talent there too!). Their prices were better and their service superb. Could not do better if they had been recommended by a family member.

What a great find! From beginning to end I was treated as a valued customer. We ordered piece of glass to fit our unusually shaped window seat, and it looks terrific. Jennifer at Crystal Glass was very helpful, and made suggestions about glass thickness and finishing that were very important. She is very knowledgeable, lucid and has good suggestions. She quickly gave me an estimate, that was very reasonable. The technician who came to temp plate the space was also very professional, polite and knowledgeable. The delivery was exactly when they said and they placed it perfectly, even cleaning the glass off after placement. I highly recommend them.

I found this company on the internet and gave them a call for an estimate with the measurements for a mirror I needed to replace. The guy who I spoke with was very friendly and gave me an estimate within 1 minute. They quoted the best price of 4 local places close to me in Brooklyn. If that was not good enough, they kindly rushed the order for me to get it within 2 days so that I could have it for the Thanksgiving holiday (we had a house full and wanted the house to look nice!) I went to pick up the mirror on the Wednesday before the holiday and the young lady at the front desk was just as friendly and charming as the guy I’d originally spoken to. The mirror was excellent quality, the owner hand carried it to my car and used the blankets I brought to secure it in the car. Their pricing and service was so good that I ordered another mirror online a week later for another frame I had… and again, the same friendly service! One of the things that I really liked about this company is their online order service. I was able to input my measurements and the type of mirror (you can also order glass) I wanted (thickness, color, finish, etc with clear explanations of the options) and immediately get a price and then order it. You can choose delivery, shipping or pickup or any other special services and you see all of the price options… no surprise pricing. It is so simple and easy, plus you get great customer service and a good product. I’d give them 6 stars if I could!

I just put in an order with Crystal Glass and am looking forward to soon receiving glass tops for my furniture. I found their website after seeing their great reviews at their old location. What really sold me was their really easy to navigate website which allowed me to estimate how much I would eventually spend on a purchase. So far I have gotten a very good feeling from everyone who works there. I have received personal and friendly attention. I plan on updating my review once I receive my items.
Update: I received my glass and I could not be happier. The pieces are beautiful and they make my furniture look even better. My intention was just to protect various furniture pieces – I didn’t think the glass would improve how they look! When the glass pieces were delivered, they were cleaned and positioned perfectly. I am so glad I found Crystal Glass.

I needed to have a piece of glass custom cut to cover the top of a desk. I chose Crystal Glass
& Mirror based on their many positive reviews. Well, they did not disappoint! Jennifer took my order and was knowledgeable and helpful in deciding the details of the order. I went to the shop to pick up the glass, but realized that it was too heavy for me to get it into and out of my car. Larry, the owner, went out of his way to deliver it to me that afternoon. Not only did he deliver it, he made certain the glass was immaculately clean and placed it on the desk after placing spacers on the desk for the glass to rest on! I am a hard to please consumer and I am totally thrilled with both the product and service!
