Terrible customer service and overall bad value.
Customer service: I came in with some friends and an Internet scoop that we could get a small discount with a certain password. The scooper looked at us like we were nuts, then proceeded to whip out his iPhone and double-​check. We did the same. He insisted our password was wrong (it wasn’t) and refused to give us the discount.
Ice cream: We finally decided to splurge. Being lactose intolerant, I stuck with the sorbet, which was fine, if a little icy. I snuck a bite of my friends’ ice cream, which was good (very creamy). The cookies on both were a little dry.
Final verdict? No reason to spend $ 6 for a small ice-​cream sandwich with okay ice cream and okay cookies, especially when the scooper is impolite. Take your money elsewhere.
