We are a community of entrepreneurs & startups who are taking action to drive innovation. We are an office space, an event space, education resource, and conference rooms for collaboration. The CoLab-​Factory is the premier coworking space and shared offices environment in Downtown Brooklyn. With 11,000 square feet of space, 21 offices, 3 conference rooms, 2 lounges, work bars, a café, mail room, WiFi, printers and of course for members we are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. With all this and more, we have our members backs, we take care of the details so they don’t have to.

Shane’s inspiration in founding the CoLab-​Factory is Downtown Brooklyn, the explosive, creative, innovative, radiant nature of the place, and the people demand a space where they can grow up and out. He is completely inspired by the innovators, and the generators — young and old — who dare to strike out on their own and build their future.
