Outlet for Costco overstock and returns. Prices the same as Costco but without the tax and with a short return policy. Store chaotic. Each year the prices go up. Quantities smaller than Costco with some products used and previously opened. Buyers need to be vigilant — rips, opened food, torn and broken, but somethings are indeed new.
