Clear Image 4D Ultrasound Brooklyn

Extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of this faculty. It was dirty and much smaller than their old facility on East 13^th. Also — they don’t print your photos on the day of your appointment — they mail them to you. Who wants to wait in the mail for the most important part of the visit. This was nothing like the experience in the old facility. Maybe new management? Overall, I was very Disappointed with my experience and would not recommend this place to anyone. There are much more options in the brooklyn area. Go elsewhere!

I really enjoyed my visit here. The tech was super sweet and made me feel very comfortable. Highly suggest if you want someone who truly love their work!

Most fun I had being pregnant…
I got to see my son smiling and making faces. My family and boyfriend came with me and we all had a nice time
The sonogram lady had me doing special excercises to get more pictures and was very funny and patient even when peanut refused to show himself
I got a toy that plays the heart sounds when you press it and it’s very cute
Parking was easy and the location is good
I think it’s cool that you can come with family and see the sonogram on a big TV — kinda makes it real for me that there’s really a tiny human living inside me

The technician was nice but imaging is pretty poor you really can see the baby’s face I drink as much water I think good for the entire 4 weeks and still didn’t get a Clear Image

I used them for my 1^st son’s elective ultrasound in 2009. They weren’t friendly at all and when I went home, the cd that I paid about $ 120 for, had a baby of maybe 14 weeks on it and not my 30 plus week baby!!! We called them and they told us to come back and pick up the correct cd. We had a long drive back and they handed the cd over without saying a word. They also gave us a card with a coupon on it for 20 percent off another elective ultrasound package. (Like I was going to go back!) I called many times and left messages for the manager to call me and I never heard anything back! I wouldn’t waste your time and money at this place. There are so many other elective ultrasound place to go to.

Came here yesterday for the first time as this is my first pregnancy and had a wonderful experience. I found out the sex of my baby (a boy and at 16 weeks) which at first he wasn’t cooperating because he had his legs crossed but the lovely technician wiggled my tummy until he finally gave in and exposed himself (I was super happy). I heard his heartbeat and got beautiful images of him. I’m glad that my mother & fiancé got to see this moment in a big screen and had a wonderful experience as I did. The technician was very sweet and informative. I will definitely be coming back when I reach my 30^th week for a clearer image of who my son will resemble and to share the moment with additional family members. I definitely recommend this place!

I’ve had both of my kids 3D/​4D ultrasounds done here. Both times, they’ve done a great job. Couldn’t be more satisfied!

So I looked and looked for a place to have my gender determination ultrasound and I came across Clear Image on another site and it had wonderful reviews. I’m not sure of the review below me because nothing really matches up to the experience I had here.
I was probably the last appointment and because we are from the Bronx we got lost and arrived for our 2:30 appointment after 3pm. We were greeted very kindly by the woman at the front desk and by as very nice gentleman who offered us all chocolate and drinks. We were not treated any differently than if we had arrived on time. I was so nervous about being late and that feeling all went away once we arrived and were made to feel so welcome!!!
I filled out the small form and chose to get an elephant with my babies heartbeat in it, which I swore I wouldn’t do, but once I got there I really couldn’t resist. The prices here wee so much better than the other places near us in Westchester and the Bronx that it was well worth the trip.
So I loved the room where the ultrasound was done. It was large, warm and with the huge TV on the wall showing everything that was going on, our entire family had a perfect view of what the tech was doing.
She was kind, informative, friendly and in a weird way it felt like we knew her because her personality was so warm! She explained every little detail from beginning to end and was able to get wonderful shots of my only 19 week old baby.
I already went there with the understanding that at 19 weeks we were really only doing it to find out the gender. But when I saw my babies heart, smiling face and hands and feet, I just about died.
I absolutely love this place and all of the people that work here. We can not wait to go back when I’m closer to 30 weeks so we can really see babies face. All of the images that were caught were so high quality and you could literally see all of her features.
The tech knew the exact way to have my lay and move so we ca get baby to move around for us. We received a video of the entire session and another CD with tons of pictures on it, PLUS they are mailing us photos within a week for our own keepsakes!
This is my first pregnancy and I’m so happy we chose 3D Image!!!
Seriously make this your first choice. You won’t be disappointed!!!

I had a great experience at Clear Image.
It was a little far but worth the travel and $.
the first time my baby was not cooperating, after taking a walk and coming back 30 min later, the baby still wasn’t showing the goods.
I was offered a follow up and did not have to pay anything additional. The ultra sound tech was very helpful and sweet. No complaints, I will def. go back once my baby is a bit bigger.

I went for a 4d ultra sound package which I received off of groupon. Here is my review:
First off, the scheduling was pretty easy. It was scheduled on line. They tell you that you get the best results between 24 – 28 weeks. My original appointment was at the end of my 28^th week. They called me and said I needed to reschedule, because the person who did the ultrasounds was sick. So I ended up having my ultrasound done at the end of my 29^th week.
My appointment was for 3:30p. I arrived early, but I didn’t get seen until about 3:50p. The appointments are suppose to be 15 minutes. The technician tried to capture a pic of my baby but said that the placenta was in the way. Which is understandable, but Here’s what I didn’t like. The technician had me to move on my side, then on my back, then sit up and cough. (All trying to get the baby to move) I felt like she didn’t really give the baby a chance to move positions. I was moving constantly for the whole 15 minutes. Normally when I’m still, is when my baby moves the most. It was really rushed.
Needless to say, she wasn’t able to get a clear image of the baby. As compensation, I was offered the same discounted package. I could pay again and come back in two weeks, when my baby would be even bigger and probably have less room to move.
As I waited I the waiting room, I asked some of the other couples how there images where. One of them said that they had to come back because they couldn’t get a clear image either. The other couple said they got really great images, but this was their 3^rd time getting it done.
I wouldn’t recommend them for your ultrasound. I ended up not even taking the dvd and pics that were included in the Package because I already had much clearer pics from my regular ultrasound at my doctors office. I really just wanted to go so that my 3 year old niece could see her baby cousin. It was a big disappointment.
