An appointment for 12:30pm with an extremely long wait. Packed waiting room which should not happen during Covid times and not very friendly staff.
The justification for the long wait - every procedure takes different amount of time...
At the time of booking the office is aware of what procedures are being done, therefore the appointments should be scheduled accordingly.
I suggest you choose a different facility.

on the positive side, we were able to schedule an MRI on a Friday night at 7:30 on the day that I called. On the negative side, they are very vague about when the MRI will be submitted to the doctor. «It may be ready tomorrow» was the first answer. When I pushed, the response became, «it should be done by mid-day,» but the receptionist didnt sound convincing which required me to call twice a day. I still don’t know if it will be sent to the doctor in time for the appointment. They get a ZERO in customer service. Never helpful and always sound like they are being bothered to answer any questions.
