Apart from having long lines, customer service isn’t wonderful. The tellers usually have a stink face as if you did something to them, no greetings whatsoever, rude as hell and definitely makes me feel as if they don’t want me in their bank. I haven’t experience this in any other Citibank branch so it took me by surprise when these tellers didn’t even make me feel welcome as I walked in. I rather take the train and go to Knickerbocker ave because although they also have extremely long lines, customer service is always amazing!!!
