Oh my where to start this particular branch has no idea what is customer service I have been at this location in two ocassions and on both there has only been one teller yes people one teller I asked the teller why there is just one teller if theres is such a long line and do you want to know what was her respond well you can use the atm really the atm obesely I want a teller see people with todays economy you would think people want to take care of their job so there won’t be people laid off customers have choices of banking so I strongly suggest the branch manager learn to run your branch and have your employees learn what is customer service.

Yea like really who needs cash… well me dam it! I use this location on a regular basis. Sometimes that card reader to enter in off hours is quite stubborn.ugghh.
With all the b.s. with Chase and their part in the housing collapse and goverment bailout what a scam. I looked at other banks but it made no sense to go thru the hassle.
Plastic is king but sometimes you need some green cause it just makes sense!
