Chase Bank

I have to give this guy Yassine a five star rating, his customer service skills are impeccable. I couldn’t imagine going to another branch and receiving this type of service.

I’ve been coming to this back since I was a little girl with my grandmother & now I come here for myself. I love this bank & the people that work here, it’s great to know people for so long & get such great service. Nothing bad to say about this location

Chase bank does make it very easy for simple «FREE» Checking. They do charge for this and for that, unlike the former WAMU, however, their branches are EVERYWHERE…
What does that mean to me?.. Just play by their rules… They make their money by preying on average Joes making a simple buck. Stick it to them, don’t overdraft, don’t ask a bank for a loan, (family first.), and redeem points that give you the best dollar value for each dollar spent to get said point.

This bank and the entire Chase banking organization are about the most shiftless of all the banks that I have known. I have been a customer of Chase for 18 years and now they’ve started charging me overdraft fees of $ 35.00 for DEBIT card transactions which should have simply been declined at the point of sale. They opted to approve my transactions and then charged me through the nose, in some cases almost 50% of the original transaction, in insufficient funds fees. I disputed the ethics of this, due to the fact that funds that are allocated with debit cards are ELECTRONICALLY approved at the point of sale, by stating that there should be no reason for an overdraft to occur unless the bank was extending me a line of credit without my permission and then charging me for it. I was told this is simply how it works and $ 67 of my last remaining $ 100 that I transferred to the account to cover the $ 12.00 overdraw was taken from me as penalty fees. I had $ 33.00 to buy food with after this until my next paycheck arrived. The manager was disagreeable and unsympathetic and made no effort to compensate me in other ways once she told me that she simply was unable to refund me the money they took from me in these fees. In 18 years of having the account, this is the first time I’ve ever seen a fee like this. I requested an account that didnt allow an overdraft and simply declined the transactions. She said they had no account like that. This overdraft was not due to an outsanding personal check or an automatic pre-​authorized withdrawal.

i manage a local business so once this chase opened up this year it made life so much EASIER. staff has been very helpful and attentive and they really appreciate your business!
