I don’t know what these other people have been through but I’ll tell u about my experience.
I came in with my wife because she works as a secretary and she has trouble reading fine print. We walked in tone greeted by a gentleman named mark. He was very professional, he took her into the exam room while I waited in the waiting area playing candy crush. The secretary was so polite to me. She offered me water and a lollipop while I waited. After 15 minutes they came out with the results and he told me that she had a vision of «plus 2»… Which means she has trouble reading and seeing the computer. He asked us right off the bat what our budget was and immediately showed us 9 different frames in our budget, (our whole budget was $ 350 btw). and he didn’t pressure us at all!
P.S my wife is the pickiest woman you would ever have the misfortune of working with, it took us 2 months just to settle on the living room rug!!!
He was not at all displeased or looked impatient at all. He was very kind and respectful and patient with us the entire 45 minutes it took her to pick a frame. We even had to get the secretary to help us out. After we FINALLY settled on a beautiful light tech frame (made in France), he took her measurements and said he’ll place the order within the hour. He’ll receive our lenses on Tuesday and the glasses will be ready on Wednesday at 5:00 (we came in on Monday). I thanked him multiple times for putting up with her, he said she was a pleasure to work him. I will definitely be returning in the summer to buy a pair of sunglasses for me and my wife.
Good place, great atmosphere, incredibly polite and helpful. 5 stars A++ all day

don’t ever use your crdit card here this place is the worst. i went to pick up my glasses. paid half in cash and half with my credit card and the next week i get an alert that someone used my card at target on 20^th ave in queens exactly where they live. they used it 4 times for 50 dollars each. they brought fruit make up itunes card and some other shit. now mind you i have not used my card aince last year october and ha e not used it after going to this place. they are a rip off and some nasty attitudes they have. be careful when using your credit card

My worst experience
I went there with a $ 250 groupon for glasses and one eye exam. I had the eye exam but when i wanted to get my glasses the manager said you have to buy lenses from us to be able to redeem your groupon, it was SO NOT MENTIONED in the description. Their lenses was so overpriced and when i tried to talk about it and complain and resolve the issue the manager started yelling at me, Don’t you see I have other customers. And he asked me to leave. It was very humiliating. I was so mad that i could punch him, but i just left the stupid place, having paid $ 40 for an eye exam which a week later turned out to be wrong.

DO NOT GO HERE– they are scam artists!
I had a groupon for $ 250 off a full pair of glasses. There are no prices on any of the frames so they can charge you whatever they want to make sure they still make money off the groupon and that’s exactly what they do. The «eye dr» is a very fast talking used car salesmen type. He charged me an extra $ 250 just for the no name, non designer frames that were supposedly from their least expensive display. After doing my own research These frameS typically sell for $ 100. I was definitely taken advantage of and would never recommend this place to anyone.

I purchased glasses for both myself and my child at this place spending close to $ 900 (I think they overprice their frames and the lenses. I was told I was paying for the thinnest lens only to receive the standard thick plastic lens.) The brothers that run the place are «fast talkers» they remind me of car salesmen looking to scam anyone that doesn’t know any better.
I later tried to get in contact with the optician to get my prescription so that I could purchase some more inexpensive frames for my child and I. They refused to give me the information by hanging up on me and when I called them back, they flushed a toilet instead of answering «hello». Not sure what that was all about but very unprofessional.

It’s run by two brothers. One brother is very pushy and loud. I don’t need a side of attitude with my boyfriend’s eyeglasses. Other than that, the place is clean and tidy. They have an okay selection of frames, nothing to fancy or too unique.
$ 50 for an eye exam. I do like that if you have a problem with the glasses purchased from them you can drop in and they may service it for free. Area is bleh and parking is a hassale. Avoid on weekends.
