History
Established in 2010.
For the past 30 years, our family has been fortunate enough to have grown up and lived in a house where much care and love was put into all of our meals. Each day, our mama Sam — short for Samia — would learn and perfect all of the recipes her mother taught her over the years, yielding some of the best home-cooked food we have ever tasted.
In the works for some time, we’ve finally put together a brick and mortar version of SamsBakery.com in the gorgeous area of Bay Ridge, Brooklyn where we now can share not just the delicious results of all the hard work Sam has put in, but also give people a relaxed, homey space to share with us.
