Under new management from its predecessor Yes Café since late last year, the refresh interior with new furniture & higher quality of goods are very welcome changes. On 01/​08/​2016, I ordered the
* $ 1.25 cheese cake in a dontot foil tray which is the right 4-​bite size to satisfy though it had almost no cheese or cake taste, just rather just cream, won’t re-​order
* $ 0.75 slice of plain sponge cake — very good, not too sweet, fluffy, not wet inside, right ratios, all good; every bakery does this item so everyone competes strongly on this item
* $ 2.00 large milk tea — very good, the usual 2 teabag with sweet milk treatment
The prices are very good so I’m not nitpicking. Its location just 150 ft from the Ave U station exit is superbly convenient. Staff are nice & helpful, generally fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin & English all. It has many competitors nearby so it’ll continue to improve.

the «c & l » bakery owner is a nice lady, & is deep denial, & daughter, joyce, not so much, joyce yells at customers hello, & hi, & that it is some how fake, & some how forced, & she demands that you buy shit, & is only nice if, & when you buy shit, & she is totally spoiled — rotten, & she is totally self — centered her chubby, & chunky girlfriend /​sidekick angela the spy who looks like a blow fish, monchee monkey, price gauges, & looks at other businesses /​bakeries, & their prices, & what, & when, & who they charge other people, & hence angela the spy was seen crying, & sitting on milk crates /​boxes, & most probably pissed some body else off, and some one else off, & probably deserved it, & it is and was unfortunate but that is what you get when you hire totally disgusting useless two — faced shit, & it totally ruins your business /​bakeries, angela the spy is, & has little to no imagination, & let alone almost no education, it is like reading is fundamental, & is like really very slow, no school, & no general diploma, broken english, & no english, immature baby minded asshole who suffers from both of the diseases of assholitis, & diahrrea of the mouth, & she is obviously older then what she looks like, & says she is younger then what she says she is, & was lying about the age, and probably, & obviously about her life, & you are a lousy mean nosy nasty bully that gets off at pointing, & laughing at people, & making fun of them about missing their teeth, & being fat, & she starts to laugh evilly, & wickedly about it, & angela the spy is a very cruel bitch, & is a very coniniving witch, & they all talk their foreign bull shit about people in their native country, & their native language, & their are very sick liars, & their are very two faced silly hypocrites, & angela the spy is a coward, & a sore loser, & a bitch at birth, & she is, & has to insult every one, & has to insult every body to feel better about herself, & her cruel mean bully ass, pathetic ass, sad ass, lonely ass life, & who has that condition where they cannot control their tongues because of all the fucking bull shit, & where they all talk, & they can not control their tongues in their mouths, & they stick it out uncontrollably, & that they are totally sick, & that it is what you deserve in life, & god sees all, & is the avenger, & karma is a bitch !!!

best chinese bakery ever, forget about chinatown, 8av, mainstreet, and etc. super nice employees and yes you’re allowed to use the bathroom.

The breads are so soft. The cakes are amazing too. And don’t forget about the bubble tea!
