Dilapidated, though the staff is nice. BK needs to give the place a facelift, including the drive through area!

Why is this place still open? The service is terrible! There is always some kind of leak. The place is always dirty and has a dirty mop smell. The cashiers do way too much talking and not enough working. Personally if there were more options in Canarsie I probably wouldn’t come to this place. The breakfast here sucks. Ive been to other BK’s and this one is by far the worst one yet. Needs a lot of improvement.

Terrible service, has a unclean feel to it. The way your order is taken is rude and sometimes incorrect. You’re mad to feel low for using a coupon as if it was coming out their pockets.

This team, including management just takes orders and push you to the side. Too much side bar conversations every time I go.
