Fun, fast paced classes using scientific methods to improve your fitness.

Brooklyn’s best workout, our circuit training classes are ran in McCarren Park by a certified CSCS Strength and Conditioning specialist and are open to all — men and women, young and old, fitness fanatic or first timer. Using drills and techniques employed by professional and collegiate athletes, the emphasis is on supporting and encouraging one another, which sets us apart from other gyms and fitness classes — working together makes your goals more attainable.

Each class lasts between 30 and 40 minutes to fit into your tight New York City schedule, so find a class that suits you and come along to start your 2013 off right.

Brooklyn’s most dynamic donation based fitness class. 5 different class times, Monday to Friday, 2 on Saturday and Sunday. McCarren Park Turf Field (corner of Lorimer Street and Driggs Ave). Email or call to reserve your spot today!

History

Established in 2012.

Established in late 2012, we serve to meet the fitness needs of all people living in and around McCarren Park. Inspired by the donation based culture at our friendly Williamsburg neighbors, Yoga to the People, we decided to make the class donation based to ensure everyone can have access to high quality training methods and techniques to enhance their mental and physical wellbeing. There should be no barriers that stop you from getting into the best shape you possibly can.

Most of our clients come from the surrounding areas — Williamsburg, Greenpoint and Bushwick, but we also have people venturing out from Queens, South Brooklyn and the City to come and train.

Business Owner

As a Certified Strength and Conditioning specialist, I have been involved in high level sport all my life, either as a player or coach. I take pride and relish the challenge of helping regular people achieve their fitness goals by using the same methods as I use with top professional and collegiate athletes. As a mainstay in the Brooklyn area for almost 5 years, I’m hoping to make a difference and help local people look and feel great with my classes.
