Specialties
We are currently the only frum dance studio in New York to offer a full range of quality dance classes to all ages. We pride ourselves on the quality of training we provide while not compromising religious values. Our teachers are all highly trained with many years of experience in both dancing and teaching. If you’re looking for «outside» training in a safe, religious environment, then this is the place for you!
History
Established in 2008.
This studio was started as a means of providing the religious, Jewish community with quality dance training, comparable to what’s available in non-Jewish studios. Previously there were only programs for girls where the teachers themselves lacked training. Our teachers are either baalei teshuva (those who became religious) or they’re brought in from outside the community. We offer separate classes for girls, women, and now boys and men as well. We also provide performing opportunities for our serious students and plan to eventually have a professional company into which the school will feed.
