Our New York licensed Physical Therapists at Brooklyn Body Works Physical Therapy, P.C. have extensive experience in the treatment of orthopedic and sports injuries. Using manual therapy (massage, mobilizations, stretching), pain-​relieving modalities (ultrasound, utilize, TENS/​electrical stimulation) and individualized exercise programs, our Physical Therapists take a one-​on-​one, hands-​on approach when managing a variety of musculoskeletal conditions such as:

Brooklyn Body Works Physical Therapy, P.C. served its first client in January 2006. Since then, owner Matthew Spiegelman, MPT, CSCS and staff have successfully provided effective and quality physical therapy care and have integrated much-​needed services such as massage therapy, restorative yoga, personal training and Pilates– and Tai Chi-​based training programs.

Business Owner

Matthew Spiegelman, MPT, CSCS, owner and director of Brooklyn Body Works Physical Therapy, P.C. has been practicing physical therapy since 1999 when he graduated from Emory University, in Atlanta, GA with Highest Honors. He obtained his certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) in 2002 and his Sports Performance Coach Certification in 2003 through USA Weightlifting Association. Treatment will include the use of manual therapy techniques including, but not limited to soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, joint mobilization, stretching, PNF and range of motion. Matthew has experience treating professional athletes from MLB, NBA, major league lacrosse and performance artists from Broadway shows such as the Lion King.
