Extensive inventory and amazing service!!! We bothered these guys from A to Z and they were always smiling and ready to help!!! Much appreciated! Bought a Stokke Trailz stroller with carriage, and Stokke car seat. Will be back for their baby furniture soon.

My wife and I stopped into baby world the other day to pick out a stroller. The salesman (who I think may be the owner) was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the strollers in the store. We had a great experience and I whole hardheartedly recommend baby world to any parent!

Their prices are the best and customer service is phenomenal. Case in point: I had to send my stroller frame out of state for repair, thus being left without a stroller for awhile. I thought I would have to buy another one for the time being, but these guys offered to lend me a spare frame which I can use until my frame is back. How awesome is this?! Definitely plan to buy the big ticket items from them!

The sales guys here were so helpful and patient. I was looking for a particular stroller and it wasn’t as great in person as I had hoped it would be (no fault of the store of course). But since their selection was so great and the salesman was patient with me and my infant trying different strollers we decided on my second choice. Their customer service is unbeatable and their prices beat out the chains any day. I am so happy with my uppababy Cruz that if/​when I need another stroller for baby #2 I will definitely come back to Brooklyn baby world to buy it.

Super helpful, patient and knowledgeable, much better than any big box store as they can talk you through pros and cons of various items that are overwhelming to know where to even begin (big help on strollers!!). Nice variety of products as well, from mid-​range to upper end of spectrum.

Came in a few times, once to check out inventory, once to chat about their recommendations for crib mattress, strollers, and highchairs, and once to purchase the stroller (ended up getting mattress and highchair via baby shower online registry)…
Went with mom… future grandma. who is NOT an easy lady and wants things only her way (times 100 049 586 now that this grandkid is on the way)…she was set on UppaBaby or BugaBoo but baby daddy and i wanted the City Mini GT… you can imagine the extra work Baby World staff had to endure… Jonathan helped us and was SO good at this job, we walked out of there with the City Mini!!! He helped us fold and test strollers and try on different bassinets.
We got a great price (almost $ 100 off the regular price) and he set up our stroller after we purchased it and carried it out to the car…
Love supporting small business (amazon gets enough of my money on a daily basis) and this is a great place to handle all the baby needs

I was looking online for a City Mini Double stroller, and found their product announced withe them, I usually trust more to buy through big companies such as amazon even though sometimes there are other re-​sellers like BBW. I can tell you that my experience was great, the next business day I received tracking and the speed for shipping was amazing (shipped through UPS) and product was in excellent conditions. I definitely recommend buying from BBW and help Small-​Medium business and more important your wallet.

Vinny and Charlie were the best. Very courteous, patient, professional. They managed my expectations very well and were forthright, trustworthy and honest. The delivery guys were terrific as well. Prompt, courteous and friendly. And you can’t beat the prices. Don’t bother with those popular retail chains like (RH Baby and Child or Pottery Barn Kids). You’ll get better value, service and goods here. I highly recommend them.

I found this store online, and was impressed with my shopping experience! First the price for the stroller I wanted (Baby Jogger City Select double 2013) was MUCH cheaper than at other stores. Second, the stroller was delivered within 3 business days. And shipping was free. It was new, in perfect condition, and totally corresponded to the description given on the website of this store. I am very happy with my purchase. No complaints at all!

Being a first time dad-​to-​be is exciting and a bit stressful, so you want to make buying baby furniture as easy as possible and that’s what happened on our first visit to Baby World.
We were so impressed with the selection, prices and customer service that we didn’t even bother looking around at other places!
A gentleman named John introduced himself a couple of minutes after we arrived and he made our experience a pleasant one.
We knew what color scheme we wanted and once we told him he knew exactly what types of cribs and furniture we would be interested in!
He showed us everything in price order and how they were made (types of wood, etc) once we had the tour he gave us space after that, which was VERY important to us because we have major issues with salespeople who are too aggressive.
John was great and made us feel so comfortable. We spoke about delivery times and after all was said and done he gave us his card and we left to talk things over.
Less than a week later we went back and bought our baby furniture!
Everything about our experience here was positive, and with the prices at Baby World it’s almost impossible to go anywhere else.

This place has amazing prices (almost unbelievable). I was in disbelief when I saw the City Mini double stroller listed here for such a great price. I Unilocaled Brooklyn Baby World, then googled them and found more info. Once I was convinced that they were legit, I placed my order. I was able to view the order status online and it got here so quick! I was so happy when we got it, I had to think of somewhere to go just to take it for a test drive. I love my stroller and am so happy with the price we paid for it.

We ordered our nursery furniture from Baby World. In researching what kind of crib to get, I found the Babys Dream company, which I wanted to check out and Baby World happened to carry the brand! The store, while a bit crowded, is nice and has a lot of display pieces– cribs, dressers, changing tables, strollers, etc. The prices are competitive, especially compared to the big chain stores. What sold me the most was the customer service. I can’t remember the names of the 2 individuals who were working when we went in August, a man and aa woman, but both were so nice and helpful. We ended up deciding on a crib, dresser and changing table and they worked with us on the price. They were also very knowledgable about all the products and helped us decide on a mattress as well.
I waited until we got the delivery to write the review and I’m glad I did. Now I would give them 10 stars if I could! I changed the delivery date a few times and they had no problem with it. They showed up on time today and worked efficiently to get everything unwrapped and set up. They built the crib for us as well. The removed all the boxes and garbage from the room afterwards. There isn’t even a scrap of cardboard left! John and Lewis were the delivery guys and they were so professional and nice. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend supporting this local business when it comes to your baby needs!!!

I ordered a stroller from Brooklyn Baby World and received fantastic service. We received a call to confirm our order and set expectations and then received our UPS tracking information shortly thereafter. Additionally, the price was very competitive. I will continue to order from them based on this great experience! (Of course, I will also update my review if anything changes in service.) :)

Shopping for our first baby and had a lot of questions they were very helpful, and friendly and did not get annoyed as we kept coming back over and over without buying (we ended up geting a stroller, crib and dresser from them). Will definitely return and recommend to friends, the prices are very fair and we feel like we got a great deal. We hate stores like babies r us and prefer local businesses and this is the one!

Baby World is a great resource for expectant parents in Brooklyn and a nice alternative to Babies R Us. The store is not huge but they have a great selection of furniture, strollers and everything you need for your little one. The owner even delivers and assembles the furniture himself. We ordered the crib and dresser from Baby World and they arrived about a month after we placed the order. I plan to use them when the baby’s here so that I can support a local business. Also, their prices are very good — the furniture was less expensive than at a similar store on Long Island.
