I have this pet peeve when it comes to people performing work at your home. They have to show up in a truck that has their name on it, and wear some type of uniform. Well in the Maryland area, after all those storms, my basement flooded because my sump pump went out. I was scanning the internet to find someone to fix it, and ran across Bob Drumms name. Soon as I called, he came out, identified the problem, and then went with me to Home Depot to buy everything i needed. He installed everything in about 2 hours, and VOILA… the sump pump works, and and I didn’t spend alot of money. This guy didn’t show up in a named truck, or a uniform, but he did a great job, and was a great guy. I would recommend him to any and everyone.
