With 10 years of dog training experience, I’ve worked with some of the best balanced trainers in New York City, I have also spent sometime in Michigan training dogs, I said all that to say this: I love dogs and training them is my life’s Passion. Blue Collar Dog Walking Etiquette is something all our puppies and dogs learn, Loose leash walking, No pulling, Sit, Stay and Come. Theses are pivotal behavior taught to our Blue Collar Dogs.

History

Established in 2014.

I left the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in 2013, and followed my passion, I accepted a position as a pet trainer at PetSmart in East Harlem, As a working pet parent, I understand its difficult, finding the time to give the much needed daily walks, and exercise, our dogs need to live, happy and healthy.

Business Owner

My name is Michael E Jackson, and I was born and raised in Brooklyn New York, and I have two passions in life, pet training, and photography. I’ve had pets my entire life, all of which I trained myself, four dogs, two cats and four parakeets who’s names were, Fred, Barney, Willma and Betty, Yes, I also loved the Flintstones.

My last dog was name Missy, she was a beautiful, loyal, devoted, friend, before her passing in 2012, I had her 11 years, we did plenty together. I trained her in obedience, she trained me on patience, I started a dog run, she watched me volunteer, I would train other dogs, she was proud to b my demo dog, as long as she received her special treats after each session. Today I have yet to get another dog, till I do, I’m just as happy walking, and training my clients dogs.
