They play techno music all night. A good deejay plays a variety of music so I was naturally annoyed by that. My drink was pretty much juice. Ten dollars for a drink I just gulped like it was cranberry juice. They didn’t tell me it was 25 dollar minimum per person until after I had ordered the first drink and after seeing how juice-like it was, refused to order more when the server came around. So I was forced into buying another ten dollar«juice.» Not going back.

This place is ridiculous… I grabbed some dinner with a date, on Ave U and afterwards we wanted to go some place local for drinks. Boom was closed, so we walked down the block and decided to give this place a try. The place was dead, which was not surprising as it was a Wednesday, what was surprising, however, is the fact that the waitress wouldn’t sit us in the corner space, because it was just the two of us. The place was totally dead. After we pressed her a little she gave in. My date ordered a desert and was informed that that particular one was out. I ordered a glass of white wine and did get one. When I asked for a second round — surprise, surprise — they were all out of white, but she did mention that they had plenty of reds if I wanted. NICE! How does a bar run out of white wine??? And what kind of a waitress would suggest I order red when I just had white? But it didn’t stop there! My date went outside for a cigarette, so naturally I joined her. A few seconds later the waitress ran outside and asked if she can have my credit card — as if we were going to skip out on the bill!!! Quite an experience! Stay away!

Yes, there is alot of young people, but I think they are of age because I’m 22 and I got carded, but I stood to the back of the place because of those kids, cause they do look like age range 16 – 19. I had alot of fun with my friends in the back. We drank and smoked and the bill wasn’t alot. They make there DRINKS real good, It’s very comfy, and the food they make is good as well. Around 11ish, they had a show, which was cool to see belly dancing. The place plays good music :) and you request songs . Also the hookah is CHEAP… i dont know if it’s cheap for brooklyn, but I live in Manhattan, and the hookah is expensive

Nothing to get excited about it or make a trip for but it seems that for people that live or happen to be in the surrounding neighborhood(and when I say people I mean the drunken high school student and older friends of drunken high school student demographic) this is the go to place to «chill.“Its an awkward place for anyone taking themselves too seriously or a girl because you will not walk in unoticed. All that aside its a really good hookah bar. They play good muisc all night, serve drinks lickety-split, and managae to fit both table and pillow seating in a pretty cozy(meaning small and crowded) space. St in the back with the pillows and a hookah then try to crawl your way out of them at teh end of the night if you’re looking for more privacy or stay in the front room if you want to dance with the dj and belly dancers. Kill two birds with one stone and treat yourself to sahara across the street

yes it’s cheesy, loud, young, and even creepy… but i liked my experience here. a myself and a group of friends went to this place for hookah. this is our regular spot right before a trip to Sahara’s for gyros. there’s a lot of 17+ intoxicated girls and boys dancing away and having a good time. which makes us cranky ones… melt away our snickering and eye-rolling into an enjoyable experience. the drinks are pretty decent, too. the music is up to my standards and the décor is humble but cute. the back area is where the party’s at. the pillows and lounge areas are pretty comfy.

You will have a good time in Bianky Hookah Bar and Lounge if you are a male(plenty of 16 – 18 year old drunk girls) or a female accompanied by a guy, or else you will get hit on immediately by a Bukharian and his 13 cousins who don’t take«no» for an answer. The décor was … random: a mix of naval, indian, arabic, and art nouveau, but cozy. The music is pretty good, a mix of Arabic and Indian at first and then standard dance music as it gets later and they have a belly dancer between 11 and 12 pm. Too bad they turn it on so loud, you will lose your voice trying to talk to your friends. The prices are tricky, there is a $ 10 cover charge plus you are required to spend at least $ 10 inside. However, they will keep refilling the coals in your hookah all night, which most other places will never do. Overall, a good time.
