I ordered the Zen Artistry arrangement for a coworker. I understand that a florist may have to substitute flowers at times, but when I saw the picture of the actual arrangement that was received, I couldn’t believe how bad it was. Not even a close resemblance and the flowers were wilted.

When I think about flowers, I think about Ben’s Florist. They do the most beautiful job. In recent weeks I have ordered 2 different rose bouquets and they have been spectacularly beautiful. Ben’s is very accommodating and reasonably priced.
