I visit this place often. they do have a large supply of beauty items even with their high end items. reasonable prices. the workers are nice. can’t say to much for the owner. not friendly… does not smile or even say thank you.
they need to have someone else on the register to make the customer feel like at least they appreciate our business.

This used to be my favorite place to go to. Felt comfortable didn’t feel like anyone was watching me like a hawk. But one day I brought a product took it home opened it and the consistency was mooshy. I put it back together and said OK I’ll take it back and exchange it for another. When I got there the guy would not hear what I was saying said he did not honor the quality of the products and if I open it there was nothing he could do for me…
That put a bed taste in my mouth. I couldn’t believe it. I have been buying that product all year from him so I don’t understand what’s the problem with switching out for another one. I should get what I paid for. I will not be going back there again.
