Their burgers tasted like a real grilled burger which was excellent along with the light crispy fries and onions rings. Their breakfast is delicious as well!

This place needs work. Their takeout, while fast, is usually missing something– like the extra pickles my mother’s boyfriend ordered. It happens regularly enough that we don’t order from there much. Sitting in the diner, it’s clean and fairly cheerful. The staff can be slow to do stuff and they screwed up my breakfast order and never really checked in on me. It can be a great diner if they put in the effort.

Been here a few times, cause its close by, had breakfast, lunch and diner, all three was bad. Come on if you mess up breakfast, you don t know what you doing. The pancakes and french toast taste so bland, like its frozen and they heat it up. Feels like its fast food service. For lunch, the turkey burger was hard as a rock, my wife’s sandwich was uneatable. I am shocked that this place is still in business, I think its a matter of time before they go down the drain.

Food had mold. Ice coffee looks like milk and water. Will never order from this place again.

Such a fantastic diner! Loved the food. Went for breakfast and ordered Eggs Florentine — definitely the best I’ve ever had. The coffee was great, too. My boyfriend ordered waffles and he said it was in his top 3 of waffles he’s ever had. The staff was really nice in spite of it being pretty busy. The owner brought out the food himself — really sweet guy! Definitely will be going back — and often.

The garden omelet was very good. They don’t skimp on veggies. Bottomless coffee and tea. They ask if we want milk o half and half which is great, many places don’t ask. Now I been going monthly now and been happy with the service. They don’t rush you as that’s nice during bunch.

I don’t write negative reviews to chastise, I do it, with the hope that things might get better and improve. The staff here simply was not on point and were all running around, bumping into each other, with the number one concern seemingly ignored… the customer. My egg sandwich on croissant with bacon, came without the bacon, but I finished it before I ever caught her attention to tell her about it. Same with no coffee and OJ for wifey’s egg platter. No one ever followed up on that. Her simple order arrived on a small round plate and wasn’t comparable to everyone else’s portions on their bananna boat plates. Request for light butter on the toast, when it came slathered. Another fail. Clearing the plates, while wifey was finishing her piece of toast, added to the perplexing question of «What are the priorities here?» No one followed up a single time, to ask us if we need anything else, how the food was, or do you need the check. I should’ve probably did what the local guy did, and just yell out across the room. «I’ll take the check!» that got a response. I’m going to give these guys another chance, and will update at that time.

My 3rd time ordering delivery from here. Only because nothing else is open early in the morning. This time I had a double cheese burger deluxe with bacon and an iced coffee. Overall, the food was okay but I feel like I could’ve gotten better with the price I paid. The wait was up to an hour. Pros: open early Cons: expensive

THEWORSTDINERINBROOKLYN. Now, its the second time my order was screwed up and when I called to complain they gave me an attitude. the girl who answers the phone is nasty, the management could care less. BLT came with a measly 2 strips of bacon and the coffee came black, everything I ordered was wrong. what was once a decent diner is now garbage. don’t waste your time or money. what a waste of money., $ 29.00 wasted. I will never go there again and you shouldn’t either.

I love breakfast food and have been wanting to try out Bath Beach Diner for quite a while now since it’s like 5 mins walking distance from my house. I got here at around 9AM and there were already quite a few people eating inside. I really like the décor since it gives off a really cozy and warm feeling. They were playing Christmas music which I though was a nice touch to the Christmas decorations around the diner. The server/cashiers were all really nice. Here’s what I got: Corned beef hash– I usually love corned beef hash but I was really disappointed in the one I got here. I know it’s a salty dish and I love salty food but it was just way too excessive here… There’s usually a really distinct kind of meaty saltiness that you can taste but here all I tasted was salt… Also I prefer my hash to be dryer but here it’s more moist/mushy which I didn’t like. Eggs benedict– The hollandaise sauce was good and the English muffin soaked up all of the sauce and the yolk from the poached egg. I didn’t really like the ham though because it was really salty and didn’t seem to complement the eggs benedict. Overall, the food here isn’t stellar nor is it cheap. I ended up paying $ 14+ for my eggs benedict and hash. I’ll definitely try the other diners in the area to see if they’re better.

Trying this place for the first time and was disappointed with the pancakes. The staff well one of the staff was really nice and professional. The others seemed really tired which I don’t blame them since it’s Sunday morning. So let’s get to the pancakes. I ordered the griddle cakes deluxe and was really disappointed. It came with eggs, bacon, ham, and sausage which you can’t possibly mess up(best part of the meal) The pancakes reminded me of McDonald’s pancakes. The texture was powdery and it broke up really easy. It felt like they just used a cheap pre made mix and just quickly cooked it. I’m not sure if I’ll be back for the pancakes, but they do have waffles and French toast. The meal cost me $ 10.30 tax included which isn’t bad, but If I’m paying $ 10 if rather have delicious pancakes! Well there’s other stuff on the menu. If you want pancakes id say go somewhere else or try at your own risk lol Enjoy

Didn’t expect other people to be there when Mom decided to go here for brunch a few weekends ago. But there were, this is the first place in that store front to have actual customers. And guess what? The people were back the following weekend. And so were we. It’s a diner. There’s diner food. Nice to see a place in Bath Beach being all cozy and stuff.

I’m new to the Bensonhurt-Bath Beach area and it’s nice to have a cozy neighborhood diner within walking distance to home. Read positive things about Bath Beach Diner and had to check out their Sunday dinner specials. The specials came with a free glass of wine. Also with potato and vegetable side orders. You had a choice of soup or salad. Asked two patrons about their meal and was told that the baked squad was delicious. And it was! And the price was right! My bill came to $ 13.05 with the tax included. The staff was friendly and the service was great. Had good vibes about this place and I will be back.

Took 1 star of because of the hours. I usually start looking for something to eat for dinner between 9−11pm. The ratio of staff to customer is excellent. You never have to wait for someone to come around to top off your coffee. The food comes out pretty quickly, and tastes great. Lighting is great, and the place is clean. They even have an outdoor dining area if you prefer eating outdoors. I would gladly take the 7 or 8 block walk to this place from my house more frequently, skipping the awful food and service I get from the Vegas diner that is just a block up from me.

Breakfast was good except the way the home fries was made. Its more like fry potatoes instead home fries from other diners. Waitress was nice with good suggestions.

It’s ok for what it is. The neighborhood go to diner. Way too much on the menu to have anything be fresh but ok for a quick bite.
