Back To Nature specializes in vegetarian, pastas, fish dishes. All our dishes are prepared from scratch at our restaurant. We also do catering for any size occasion.
History
Established in 1994.
Our family has been in the food service business for over 50 years, and this love of serving and preparing quality dishes pushed us into opening Back To Nature in 1994 along with two top chefs. Ten years ago the original owners nephew had decided to join the company for a few reason, one that he has been a vegetarian for over 20 years, and two loves cooking and coming up with new recipes.
We are one of the original kosher vegetarian and dairy resteraunts in brooklyn.
Due to our great customer following in 2006 the second Back To Nature was opened on the Jersey shore in Allenhurst.
We are well know for our veggie burger, stuffed baked potato, and our walnut coated tilapia in a lemon sherry sauce.

I am 44 years old with a wonderful family of 9 children and my beautiful wife Rochelle — who by the way comes up with a lot of great recipes herself.
My family has always been in the food business but after working for my father in New York City at the age of 17 for a couple of years in his pizza store I vowed to never get into this business when I got older. But after working in retail clothing, then in the import business, things werent clicking for me and ended up in the industry I truly love. The challenge of this business is sometimes overwhelming but the rewards are tremendous and that reward to me is not money its the smiles on customers faces, or making a new recipe together with my chefs and having it get great reviews.
