Business Owner
My name is Facundo and I am originally from a small town in Guerrero, Mexico. Ever since I came to this country I’ve always dreamt of owning my own business.
As of today I have over twenty years in the restaurant industry as a chef. From Japanese food to French food and everything in between, I’ve done it all. In spite of that, I’ve always remained true to my roots. My wife and I are adept home cooks as well. Whether it was our enchiladas or barbacoa we never seized to amaze our family and friends.
So when starting up Aztec Soul, my primary objective was to create food that remained true to my roots. The name «Aztec Soul» not only represents the type of the food but it essentially represents the primitiveness and simplicity of our food.
