Dr. Pollak has been serving the Brooklyn community in clinical practice for 18 years. Prior to establishing her private practice, she served as Chief of Audiology and Speech at a local medical center, where she established and maintained the first newborn hearing screening program in Brooklyn. Dr. Pollak obtained her Clinical Doctorate in Audiology in October 2001. She has written a number of articles regarding hearing healthcare, published in local papers. Dr. Pollak taught Pediatric Audiology at the Master’s Degree level at CUNY, and has supervised and mentored many graduate and doctoral students of Audiology.

Dr. Pollak is a member in good standing of the American Speech-​Language-​Hearing Association (ASHA), the American Academy of Audiology, The American Auditory Society, and is Board Certified by the American Board of Audiology.
