It’s surprising that a trip to the ol’ cell phone store would warrant a great review, but this one did.
I needed to reactivate an old iPhone from the dusty drawer; customer service online told me I had had to go in for a new sim card.
Oleg at the shop was great. Absolutely zero attempts to up-sell me or talk up some other new phone I might prefer. Further, we reviewed my existing account and he upgraded me with the weekend promo code — enabling free long distance for all devices, at the same price of my current plan.
Also worth mentioning — a super clean store, tidy displays and a friendly support staff. All the AT&T franchises should be run this well.
