If i could give this place no stars i would. I came in with the intent of getting a tribal styled tattoo for my neck and was told the one i had chosen had too much detail so i went through on line images and found a mandala that i felt i could get use to and grow with. They told me 100 dollars which i found very affordable and kept getting reassurances from both the tattoo artist and his wife that i had chosen something beautiful and it would come out looking dope. The tattoo artist traced the piece and placed a pretty good copy of the mandala on my neck. He then proceeded to tattoo a deformed looking mandala on my neck. The whole time his wife keeps starring at the work and telling me that it looked better then the actual piece i had chosen. A mandala is a symmetrical piece and everything has to be uniformed and even and one side has to look like the other one. The tattoo artist made one side bigger then the other one, the piece had 8 petals or leaves that circled 4 bigger petals if you count the leaves when he was done that day, there were almost 12 petals that ranged from small to medium sizes completely going against the tracing placed on my neck. As the piece circled my neck and i was in a painful situation i didnt get a chance to take a good look at what was being tattooed on my neck. As i was leaving the tattoo shop i was reassured that the finished product would look like the piece i had chosen. I got home and inspected the piece and found that there was no possible way that was gonna happen. I called the tattoo artist and found him to be very apprehensive to my concerns he reluctantly to me to come in and speak with him. When i went back to the shop his wife aggressively kept defending a tattoo that looked nothing like what i wanted and when i asked for my refund she was the first to say i couldnt even get my money back. I started to imply legal action against them and was told by his wife to go and ahead that they were protected by a paper i signed before i got the tattoo. The whole time she was smirking almost like had won a battle. I then asked the tattoo artist to atleast refund me half my money and he offered instead to fix my tattoo, which was literrally impossible with all the extra pedals added and the deformed petals that circled the piece. He also offered to do another piece for me for free. After i told him that it would be insane for me to allow him near my body again he stated«ok all of this will go away if i give u back half your money?» I left the shop with fifty dollars and a monstrosity on my neck. Im writing this review so that no one else has to experience this. PLEASEBEVERYCAREFULIFYOUALLOWTHISSHOPTOHANDLEYOURBODYART!
