Core Assault — Strengthen your lower back & lose inches from your midsection with 1 hour of intense abs. Earn or get close to that six pack you always wanted. A month of this class will get your lower back stronger & improves posture .

Mega Cardio — All out non-​stop cardio at Hi — intensity. Majority of these exercises we are standing and continuously moving. Work-​out averages 600 calories burned per person or more .

Sports Training Circuit — Train like an athlete or a warrior going through a challenging obstacle course using various equipment.

Business Owner

Anthony has over 20 years of experience in total body fitness. There were two life changing events that became the deciding factors in Anthony’s road to a healthier lifestyle. Eight years in the military which taught him self discipline, the willingness to succeed and spirit and the sudden death of his Father to cancer in 1993 which made him realize that healthy living and taking care of yourself is essential. Anthony believes that everyone can and should live a long and healthy life, it starts first with a made up mind followed by healthy eating and daily exercise. No More Excuses!
