Another Computer Inc

I just came here and had an amazing experience. The person who helped me (Dong) has helped other members of my family before. I came to him because my MacBook’s hard drive would not start up and he methodically ran diagnostic tests on the software and when we hit a wall there, he started switching out some pieces of hardware with the different parts that he had that were proven to work. He switched in a different hard drive and them a different SATA cable and it finally worked.
At the end, he sold me the SATA cable that worked at market price ($ 40) and charged much less than the other stores that I went to in Manhattan for the labor (I went to some in the upper east side and TekServe in Chelsea). I was getting quotes for $ 60 or $ 95 just to open my laptop to look into it but this store charged me much less. I already told him that I would come back and tip him more since I didn’t have enough cash on hand.
While Dong is soft spoken, he had an air of professionalism the whole time he worked with me.
Also, the store has a really funny name (c’mon, ANOTHER computer shop?) but this is definitely more than another computer shop. It’s the most reasonably priced and professional computer shop I’ve been to.
