Literally the worst service I have ever seen. My grandmother hired them to fix her dishwasher. They did not call her back for an entire week. She is old and sick!!! Finally I called the company to see what was going on and they conveniently changed their voicemail message to say that they were on vacation for the next week and please do not leave a message. I mean honestly how can a business have such little care for their customers that they do not call them back for a week and than mysteriously go on vacation with no prior notice and than basically say dont leave a message because we dont care? Despicable!

Highly recommended!
We’ve used him several times, generally with oven issues. He always called back quickly (within reason), asked a few pertinent questions and often had a pretty good idea of what the problem was right away, came over on short notice and got the job done.
Very professional & seems to really know his stuff, friendly but gets right to work. Very fair rates, too. A real mentch.
