These guys are fantastic. No pressure sales tactics (in fact, they told me that my front two tires would need replacing, but that it wasn’t an emergency, and they could last a while longer. They not only changed my flat tire, and another tire that basically had no tread left, but they checked the car in full. Very friendly people — I had random chats with more than one of the guys who worked there while they checked out my car. Highly recommended, and I’m not one who writes Unilocal reviews for every place I go.

I’ve been coming to this shop for years. While some jobs were large and unexpected costs, they’ve never steered me wrong or ripped me off. They are highly professional, competent, and trustworthy. They are also well networked with other specialty shops around Brooklyn, if you need to have something done that they don’t do themselves. Gideon is the man!

I was extremely pleased with how friendly and attentive everyone at the shop was. I went in for new tires, unfortunately I didn’t know how bad the condition of my car was but they were very helpful and made me feel like they were trust worthy people. After I got the car back it felt like a whole new vehicle. I really appreciate them making me feel safe in my car again, I will definitely be back as well as recommend others. I came here recommended by a good friend of mine. I had a problem and 5 other mechanics that I went to weren’t able to figure out the problem. These guys were able to figure it out and they gave me a great price to fix it. They also have Free WIFI to keep me busy while I waited for the car to be fixed. A flat tire is never something to rejoice over, but a $ 10 quick, efficient and friendly fix is. These guys were great.

Needed a car inspection with a car that had more than a couple things wrong with it.. I asked them to bring it up to inspection for the least amount of money possible until I could afford to fix the other things and they did. One thing I needed was new tires and they matched the prices of cheaper tires I found online. They were super nice, supportive, and helpful without trying to push anything on me. It was a fantastic experience and I’ll definitely be going back to them.

This auto repair shop always has everything you need and always gets repairs and service done to your car fast. My family has been coming to this shop for years. The prices here are very reasonable and they work with you to tell you exactly what needs to be done and explain the importance of each issue.

I was here 7 days ago and had my tire fixed for $ 10
I came again 3 days later and had it fixed again but was ripped off and charged $ 25.
Cops came and made report as I was threatened by the owner that they will scratch my car.
I took video of the car until police arrived and owner cursing

Great people great service huge selection on tires as well as QUALITY parts not the Chinese parts others try to market and sell at an equivalent price. Easy people to talk to and you can even pay after the job is done. Haggling with the prices even seems to be ok. What more can I say? Cool water and a lounge to sit at with a TV and free wifi while you wait for your car. They even value customer service to the point that they’ll have their driver drop you off at home if the job is really time consuming. Great experiences couldn’t ask for more in a mechanic shop ! Definitely two thumbs up!

My car only takes a strange size of tire, but they are happy to order it and had it delivered quickly. I showed up right at the end of the day, and they were still totally happy to do the work. Great experience.

ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A MECHANIC!
Went in to have 2 tires mounted, when they had my car on the lift they pointed out the two old tires I was planning to keep were completely shot on the inner walls with dry rot. I had the two new tires shipped to then from
. They located another pair of new matching tires for be and MATCHED TIRE RACKS PRICE!
Was planning on getting an alignment, but they explained why they couldn’t… The bushings on my control arms were completely gone. I could have been easily duped into having the shocks replaced to, but when I asked, they said it was only the control arms.
While waiting I asked about a slight ping/​crackle noise I had been hearing… They walked new through how they were able to diagnose it as the water pump.
They were so understanding of how going in just for mounting two tires turned into 4 tires, control arms & timing belt they took 3 hours labor off the final bill and $ 30 bucks off the alignment!
Called around out of curiosity about timing belt pricing and they beat the next best price by $ 150!!!
Although it was painful shelling out the money for repairs, it has to be understood that preventative maintenance is necessary.
These are honest guys who perform quality work!
Would recommend to all.

I went to all in one on a recommendation from my leasing guy. I blew out a tire and had a nail in a second tire.
I decided I’d buy a brand new tire because it was a lease and there are stupid rules with Infiniti about returning the car with all 4 tires being the same make.
Except for one place, everybody was charging me almost $ 300 including taxes for this Goodyear eagle. These guys quoted me $ 250 with install/​mounting and yes the tire was brand new. He then knocked another $ 20 off for me because I was referred.
They close at 8pm, I got there at 7:45, not sharp, and he still took me in and did the work. A pit crew of 3 guys helped out. They quickly installed the tire and fixed the other one with the nail. They checked the tire pressure on all 4 tires too. I came there with my dog and we both left there happy, but for different reasons.

Each time something goes wrong with my car, I bring it here. Every employee I’ve dealt with has provided excellent customer service, and my car always gets repaired quickly and professionally. I’m not super knowledgeable about cars, so they always take time to explain what’s wrong, what needs an immediate fix and what can wait.
I also love this place because they’re open sundays. My preferred auto shop and I can’t recommend them highly enough!
