I literally grew up with this Car Service, I have been using them for over a decade. This is a typical Russian car service, do not expect much other than getting to where you need to go. The employees do enough for the job to get done, but chances are won’t do it with a smile. Ultimately, the fair will be cheaper than i.e. Über(which you pay more for the customers service and nice cars) and the car will come quickly. If needed, Alex express will get you from point a to point b, and serves its purpose as a local car service.

HORRIBLE sevice! The dispatcher was rude, then when the cab finally showed up after 20 min of waiting outside, I told him that I am late now to an appointment and to take ocean pkwy because it’s faster but he didn’t listen and went in the complete opposite direction. He was probably diving 20 miles an hour on the highway and had a line of cars honking behind us. When we showed up at my destination it took us a total of 30 min to get there when it only takes a good driver 15! I was so angry I tried to get out of the car ASAP but he yelled at me when I gave him only a 2 dollar tip. Never calling this place again and I DONOT recommend them.

Horrible horrible. I just called for a car. Me: Can i have a car at(home address) Operator: to where? Me:(italian restaurant) gave him the address Operator: i dont know where that is (And hangs up) Wellllll. If you are a car service you should either 1) have GPS2) know your area pretty well. Piece of advice, learn how to be friendly and courteous on the phone.

I agree that one of the dispatchers could work on his social skills a bit but I’ve never had a problem with this car service otherwise. They are always on time and will even send a car to pick you up from the airport if you give them a head start. Other car services want you to leave a deposit so if you didn’t book them before leaving they won’t send a car. Granted many cars in this fleet are not in tip top shape which is why they lose a star. However their prices are a lot more reasonable than competing car services in the area who have better vehicles.

I called this car service and they said they were going to show up at 6:15 and when I called again at 6:20, they said the car was on my block but it wasn’t because they car wasn’t outside. It was crazy cold outside and they made me wait 30 minutes before I realized they weren’t going to show. I WOULDNOTRECOMMEND.
