It was founded by Avi who worked at garage door company more than 20 years. The business was closed and he moved on and used his vast field knowledge to open a new dynamic garage door company named A.I. Service.

Avi responded to my online inquiry very quickly, gave us an over-​the-​phone estimate that was quite reasonable, came within 2 days and made the repair within ten minutes. And, the cost was less than the estimate! We are more than pleased with the work and the service.

DO NOT USE this service. I spoke with Avi Dror. He is the owner of this «company». He starts off very nice and friendly but as soon as the service is done he is a different person. After he installed my door, I return home and find that he did not take the old door as promised. Then after a few weeks the door started to rub against the rail and cause damage. He said it was my fault and that I needed to oil the door! It has only been on for 3 weeks. Why would i need to «oil» it already? Only after I blocked my number and called him everyday did he say he would send someone over the next day. They never showed! I had someone else take a look at the door and he told me the chain was rubbing on the top of the door and the installation was not done properly. Avi told me I had a one year warranty. But what he means is that he will ignore you for the first year and then tell you that you are out of warranty. I am filing a BBB review against him.

Aby arrived on time and was extremely professional. It is difficult these days to find someone who will come and do the job in the best. Interest of the customer. Aby assessed the problem and described exactly what would have to be done to correctly fix the issue.
You could tell after seeing him work that he has the customer best interests at heart.
Very honest and fair. I would highly recommend AI Service to everyone, and would absolutely use them again in the future.
