Same experience as the other two stars on here. When they finished the exterior was not much cleaner than going in. There was streaking on the windows. Any dirt that required a bit of scrubbing will not be removed. I ended doing extra spot cleaning myself. If you keep your expectation to removal of bird droppings only, you might be satisfied. Not worth the additional premium.

First off, I am a fanatic about a clean car. That is why I pay a premium of $ 30 + for a hand wash. My belief is, You don’t have your car cleaned to have a quarter of it not as clean as the rest of the car or the glass to be streaked, cloudy or foggy. Today my windshields (Front and back) were very dirty. That is the main focus I got my car washed today – and I let them know when I entered. You guessed it… when I got into the car, the front windshield was so cloudy & foggy and you could actually see the circular motions of the towel. Not acceptable & Very disappointing. And now, I have to do exactly what I wanted to avoid-​that is getting dirty and washing my own windows. I know it was a long day for the workers there but this was the one thing I asked about — making sure the window cleaning was perfect and that is the one thing they failed me on. I think I’ll start looking for a hand car wash that listens & cares. Obviously this place doesn’t.

Quick and convenient ! But it was the worst fucking wash I’ve ever had. Didn’t get to see my front until I left and all the marks and bugs were still on it. Never coming back again.

You guys are in store for a BIZARRE story. I decided to take my Honda Accord to Auto Bath Hand Car Wash back in late January of 2014. So I drove my car into the establishment, got out and gave the worker my keys for an interior and exterior cleaning. Everything was going well… until I went to the store to buy a drink.
I returned in less than 2 minutes to find that MY CAR HAS BEEN CRASHED INTO A SCHOOL BUS. I confronted the driver who is frantically trying to reverse my car out of the school bus; his explanation was that the gas pedal got stuck. I refuse to believe that, I’ve been driving the car for 6 years without problems. Till this day no one knows how’d it happened except the driver but some speculations include not having enough sleep, stepping on the wrong pedal, and/​or being on drugs. The impact was so strong that it shifted the school bus from the street to the raised sidewalk. THANK GOD no one was in the way.
I called the police immediately and made a police report. The owner Terrance gave me his insurance information and everything SEEMED to be okay. However, it turns out his insurance does not cover such damages. I have confronted the owner Terrance several times about this matter but he denies it and tells me to talk to my insurance. In the end I got my car fixed (total damages were about $ 9000) through my own insurance and I had to pay a $ 700 deductible out of my pocket which I have yet to get back. My insurance has sent the claim into collections because the owner has refused to pay out of his pocket.

PLEASE THINK TWICE ABOUT GETTING YOUR CAR WASHED AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!
