I do my laundry here frequently. While I usually do my laundry myself there, I also have used the drop-​off service. The workers at the laundromat are wonderful. They are helpful and recognize those of us who spend a lot of time there. I wish the owners would consider later hours, because it’s hard for me to get home on time to use the laundry in the evening.

Warning — NO HOT WATER. Past few times, I’ve been here there has been no hot water. I asked for an explanation and a refund, but the guy screamed at me in Chinese and afterwards ignored and refused to talk to me saying «don’t speak english». I’ve heard of places which scam customers by not using hot water and this is one of many.

I love coming to do my laundry because of Peggy. (the lady behind the counter) She’s very funny and friendly w/​a distinct & contagious laugh. She loves to sing Chinese opera, but at the same time very shy about it. I actually heard her singing one time outside the store, when she was the only one inside the laundromat. So be warned, if you ever walk by and hear a high pitched lady singing or windows breaking– you know its Peggy.

A clean establishment, even have A/​C in the summer time! The funny thing about this place is the lady behind the counter. She has a really crazy sense of humor, and will sometimes tease the little kids! They love her and her high pitch voice!
