Pat & Sharon, both «recovering» corporate executives, made the decision to start SMARTBOX when they realized that this was a service industry in serious need of good customer SERVICE. We focus on the needs of each and every customer and work to make sure that their experience with SMARTBOX is a positive one. Buying/selling a home and moving is a very hectic time and we try to take the hassle out of what should be an exciting time. When we answer the phone, «How can I make your day?» we really mean it!
