Woven Art Antique & New Decorative Carpets

Woven Art is the rug store for those in the know. We are far from rug collectors, but had some definitive ideas for a large rug for our newly designed living space. We had been to 4 rug shops around town before a friend recommended W.A. There was a selection of rugs from around the globe, and rather than knowing nothing more about them than the price, a history was given for each example. Surprisingly to us, some of that knowledge ended up being a determining factor in our choice.
Julien helped us through the process and was patient and knowledgeable. He has also been very helpful in caring for some of the rugs we already had in house. We will be back as we have two more rooms that will benefit from a good visual foundation, not to mention, something nice to feel underfoot. It really is art under foot.

Incredibly rude. Terrible customer service. And the they scrape databases to send you junk mail. I called them in November of 2012. I was told, «I can’t help you, I’m driving.» I don’t know how these clowns got my address, but their customer handling is what gives local small businesses a bad name. Avoid at all costs.
