I owe a huge thank-​you to Village Collision! I had to bring my Jeep in for hail damage, then a couple weeks later I took her back for a small dent. The hail damage was taken care of properly– the Village team made sure every replacement part was correct and of good quality. When I brought my baby in for the dent, the team was just as careful and communicative. After both repairs, I got my Jeep back cleaned and damage-​free. I’ll be going back for any future work I need done and will be recommending them to anyone who likes their vehicle properly taken care of.

I recently had a car accident when a truck backed into me and damaged my much beloved Saab 93! Working with my insurance company, they recommended Village Collision and I can see why! From start to finish, Donna and Leo provided the best customer service. They were friendly, very knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. They kept me posted on when the parts would be in, had it fixed as quickly as possible and it was back up and running in no time. I would recommend them to anyone needing auto repairs. They are honest and very good!

Had 2 claims simultaneously on my 2012 Honda Pilot and Leo went above and beyond to make sure both were handled correctly. When it wasn’t (insurance company at fault not Village), Leo stepped up again to make sure that the work was completed to factory fresh with legitimate Honda parts. Super convenient location to folks in the city, I’d recommend highly. says the OCD car guy who looked at every repair with a magnifying glass.

I had my Cadillac repaired at Village Collision and they were fantastic. I had dents and dings on two different panels and the work was awesome. The manager, Donna I think, talked a hundred miles an hour but she runs a great operation. I would highly recommend this auto body shop to anyone in need.

I can testify that Village Collision in Brookline does very high quality body work. My friend David picked up his Lexus today and it definitely looked like a new car — and he tells me that Donna Divenuti was the key. I was quite involved in the sense that he had borrowed my car during the repairs (he had no rental insurance) which was a hardship and I really needed my car back for the weekend. Donna made getting the car done for Friday a top priority and she came through. David tells me that Donna has coordinated prior work on his vehicle with superb results and that is why he always goes back to her.

It’s never fun to visit a body shop, but Village Collision made the experience easy and efficient. I worked with Leo who was transparent and professional — and did a great job getting my Volvo looking like new.

I was referred to Village Collision recently after my brand new Volvo was hit. I was very pleased with the work that was done and would certainly trust my car to them again. Customer service was MUCH better in person than on the phone by the same person. Overall customer service was excellent. I am thrilled to have found such a conveniently yet well hidden body shop!

Village Collision does excellent work and provides wonderful customer service. Brought my Honda in for body work on a Thursday and by Wednesday (including a Monday holiday) my car was ready. Donna and Maria took care of the insurance work, parts were ordered and the car was meticulously clean, inside and out when I picked it up. This is my «go to» auto body business from now on.

I have a 1999 Lexus SUV that I bought when it was 12 years old. It was in good condition and drives beautifully, despite dings here and there. I recently sideswiped a pole in a parking garage to avoid hitting an oncoming car and was heartsick at the damage. Frank at Village Collision gave me a quick estimate, firmed it up within 48 hours, kept the car for a week while I was out of town, and gave it back to me today looking better than when I bought it three years ago. It looks brand new. I’m amazed and delighted. It was not cheap but the work is beautiful. I agree with whoever said that the place is very hard to find, but it’s well worth the effort.

I’ve been to Village Collision twice, and both times my expectations were exceeded. The first visit was a combination of insurance and personally paid work. My second visit was personally paid. Frank has been my contact in both cases. He’s listened to my ideas, offered his expertise, and stayed in contact throughout. The office personnel have been very friendly and efficient. The people at Village have taken pride in their work, and made my 16 year old Saab 9000 Aero new again. They even took it upon themselves to replace a spring on one of the headlamp wipers. Perhaps this hasn’t been a common collision repair situation, but I would recommend them to anyone needing work or restoration on their car.

Don’t waste your time.
I went one afternoon to have an estimate done for some damage I had sustained in an accident. I figured since I was using my insurance, I might as well have the work done by Honda.
I was greeted my two woman glaring at me when I walked in the door. No hello, no «may I help you», nothing. Not even a smile. Um, I’m pretty sure that’s called customer service.
I proceeded to tell them that I would like to get an estimate. After an annoyed eye roll, I was told that they don’t do estimates when it’s raining outside. Uhhhh, why, do you melt? Don’t you have a huge, covered service bay where you could pull my car in and dry it off and look at the damage?! I was so over the whole process at this point, that I left without asking to speak to a manager, which obviously I should have. If you’re going to have a policy that absurd, post it on your website.
Whatever, I took my car somewhere else, where they have customer service, even helped me set up my rental car, and they will be reaping the benefits of my backing up into someone’s else car and the huge check that my insurance will be paying them. Hint-​it has a lot of zero’s in the amount.

My sideview mirror got ruined with one of these horrible blizzards. The Volvo in Brighton told me to go to this place, it’s the autobody shop they work with. Took it in to get an estimate right away. Put down a deposit he said they’d call me when they ordered the part. Called a week later he said he didn’t have my cc info. whatever. Finally took it in to get fixed a week or so later– dropped it off and picked it up 4 hours later. One of my tires was low and he even filled it and told me to watch out for it in case it was a leak. Only cost was the part and then some labor. Fairly reasonable!

My experience with a Honda repair went very smoothly. Frank B. walked me through the process and gave a timeline (with contingencies), explained his interactions with my insurer and field inspector. All went exactly as planned, including the supplemental work. In short, I paid my deductable, and MetLife and Village Collision took care of the rest. After about 1.5 weeks, my car looks as good as new without any surprises. They also provided a warranty for their work.

I purchased a 2007 Honda Civic from Village Honda (or is it Honda Village?) in December 08. A few months later, I noticed part of the paint on one of the doors was peeling off. I brought it to a body shop and they told me that the peeling was a result of a faulty paint job (previous driver must’ve had done), not the result from factory work. Last week I brought my car to Village Collision, which is the bodyshop for all the «village» automotive dealers. I met with Frank, the manager?, who looked at it, put some info in the computer and told me he’d give me a call. The reason why I deducted a star is because I didn’t hear from him for a week. Yesterday, he called and told me the molding was in. I just went to the shop and they put it on for free, in under 5 minutes. niceeeeeeeee! Oh ya, one other thing… this place is impossible to find! I wish I could explain it but it’s just hidden.

Shops can be sketchy… Village Collision never is. Here’s why:
Outstanding customer service: They went above and beyond to help me understand the process, even going so far as to call in a favor with a friend to help me work with my insurance company and get my car back ASAP. They also sent emails updating me on the status of my car throughout the week.
Outstanding work: My car was in a hit-​and-​run and it now looks good as new. Even better, they gave me a warrantee on their work for as long as I own the car.
Outstanding knowledge: They’ll present you with your options and offer their expert opinion, but they won’t try to up-​sell you. Gotta love that.
I’ve now used Village Collision twice (one for repair work, once for detailing), and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Three stars because, in my experience and humble opinion:

A. Customer service is excellent!
B. Workmanship is excellent.
II. Cons
A. Take FOREVER to do the job, big or small
B. The bill will be so high it’ll make you wonder if you should have just got a new vehicle.
Neutral Incidents:
A. I’ve been there about 5 times and 3 times some random wierd and/​or stupid mishap occured that got handled by them without a headache or trying to cover thier butts. So like, they handle their shietze but some midly annoying bit of shietze seems to be part of the deal.
